Second time visit a little disappointing
Pros:

The room’s view was amazing!!! The entire Italian like village is simply gorgeous aside from some worn areas and restaurants not having items on their menu. The staff were so friendly and the food was decent, mostly except for the “ mobster” cafe that we enjoyed our first visit but was very disappointing this visit.

Cons:

The couch in the room sat very low, was hard and very uncomfortable. The chairs at the table were narrow and uncomfortable as well. The bed was the most comfortable place to sit which wasn’t ideal since there was no tv in there. The shower was oddly designed with the shower head and placement of body wash n shampoo and we had no amenities like toothbrushes and all. We bought our own so we didn’t ask for any. The tub was very narrow so only one person could use it, not a couple. The toilet flushing was terrible and the beautiful balcony had a rain soaked cushion that we couldn’t use so our balcony plans were ruined. It’s a beautiful place but many things were odd or inconveniently placed. The chips that I had were stale but I still paid 60 baht. I enjoyed myself over all but I wished I got more out of my room.

Location is good, but staff and people behind the scene are just for money.

Our lives were worth less than a boom barrier to Toscana Valley

I have never been more disgusted by a hotel’s priorities. My family (51, 52, and 13 years old) nearly died when the golf cart we rented from the hotel suffered a total brake failure on a steep hill. We were hurtling downhill at nearly 70 km/h.

I managed to steer us to safety, but we had to clip the boom barrier to avoid a fatal crash. When we reported this—not to complain, but to warn them not to let anyone else drive that death trap—the staff’s response was chilling.

They didn't ask if we were okay. They didn't offer a glass of water. Instead, they held us hostage for 2 hours at checkout, threatening us with a 20,000 THB bill for the plastic barrier. It wasn't until they realized the repair was cheap that they "allowed" us to leave. They cared more about a piece of wood than the three people who almost died on their watch. Avoid this place if you value your safety and dignity.

วิวสวยมาก เงียบสงบไม่มีคนพลุกพล่าน ภายในห้องก็สะอาดดี อาหารอร่อยมาก พนักงานก็ดูแลดี ลูกชายชอบสนามเด็กเล่นมากๆ

แอร์อยู่ในตำแหน่งตรงกับเตียงนอนพอดี เวลานอนแอร์ก็เป่าหน้าทั้งคืน ปรับเท่าไรก็ยังเป่าหน้าอยู่ดี และหมอนนิ่มเกินไป นอนไม่ค่อยหลับเลย

The ambience of Toscana valley is superb.
Rooms in Town Square suites are large albeit now looking a little tired.

Cons:

Rooms & shutters etc. are looking a little tired. Website say Amex is supported but when I tried to book payment was rejected (by the hotel). So I booked with Booking.com.
Then when I checked out Amex was declined again! So was my other two credit cards! Evidently staff error as another staff member processed it fine!
Major gripe with our room was a toilet with near zero flushing ability.
I will leave tge rest to your imagination..👃🙈
