Oasis in the desert
Pros:

The greeting always sets the tone. We were welcomed in with a smile and a friendly counter staff. Everything was clean and beautiful . Room was comfortable

For a new Motel, it was very poor.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were good.

Cons:

Showerhead was broken, room floor was dirty, TV didn't work properly and the Elevator was down. Also some of the staff were unfriendly. Calle front desk with no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to get the help I needed. When I spoke with the Manager, I was never given an apology or given any offer for anything.
Very unhappy.

Can't wait until the next time.
Pros:

I loved all the things that were provided. Room smelt great for being a pet friendly hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was professional and friendly.

Cons:

I couldn't stay longer.

Muy buen hotel para ruta 66
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y todo está muy limpio. La habitación es muy amplia y el sofá-cama es cómodo. Parking gratis en la misma puerta, piscina y jacuzzi y supermercados a escasos metros. El desayuno es muy completo (zumos, huevos revueltos, salchichas, beagles, yogures, gofres recién hechos, etc.). Es un hotel perfecto para la ruta 66.

very happy with our stay in Wingate at Kingman.
Pros:

I picked the hotel after hearing that they have very comfy beds. I can confirm they were comfy and huge and was very happy with my sleep. Breakfast was good and you have multiple options. The staff were really nice and friendly.

Cons:

Not a big deal but the light on the microwave was very bright when you sleep in total darkness. We just put a throw pillow to cover the light.

I can’t ever stay there again because the height of the beds
Pros:

The FrontDesk people are exceptional. The parking is convenient.

Cons:

The beds are too high, I could barely get in and out of them. The shower did not look clean, the water is very hard there, and they need to de-scale and make the chrome shine. Also, when the neighbor flushed his toilet, my toilet, would bubble up in the bowl.

This was a good place as a short stop on our way to a better spot.
Pros:

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I should've asked what brand it was so I can buy one when we need to get new bed.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. There could've been a waffle maker or two and maybe regular oatmeal.
