Complimentary Luxury transportation is available for guests' drop-off needs, within in 3-mile radius of the hotel. Sunny and beautiful
Pros:

The room was beautiful, clean and lots of space

Cons:

It was a little father away from the pier than we thought. Also we were there for work and didn’t realize we couldn’t use the mini fridge for water or anything. We’ve stayed in hotels with mini bars before but we were able to remove a couple items to keep our drinks cold. Also I ordered room service which was very pricey but I expected that because the hotel is so nice but I paid close to $40.00 for a muffin , two croissants and a cup of cappuccino. The croissants were stale and hard as if they’d been sitting out for awhile and the muffin wasn’t fresh either. That was the only part of our trip we weren’t happy with.

One of the best hotel in Santa Monica close to promene 3rd street.
Pros:

The location, the rooms are nice and clean.

Cons:

The parking is very expensive, daily price is 68 dollars, Parking lot structure 9 is very close to the hotel, 5 minutes walking and the daily price is around 25 dollars.

Beautiful room with a stunning view in a hotel with great staff & amenities.
Pros:

Beautiful property, well-located & friendly staff. The hot tub and sauna were pleasant.

Lately in many hotels it seems complicated to have a room serviced (requires special requests for daily service, limited hours…). Here the in-room light to signal clean my room request/privacy worked perfectly. Beds made & towels refreshed daily at times that were convenient for the guest, not what happens to be convenient for the property.

Cons:

Fully stocked fridge with no room for guest items. Reception informed upon checkout that had we asked a separate mini fridge could be provided.

الموقع ممتاز جدا وقريب جدا من 3d street ومقاهي جميلة بالقرب من الفندق والبحر
معاملة الطاقم جيدة جدا
القرب من البحر والسوق
لاتحتاج لتأجير لسيارة في هذا الفندق كل شيء قريب

كنت اريد وضع تقييم اكبر للأمانة لكن للأسف لم استطيع تجاوز نقطة اخذ تأمين كبير 200 دولار دون معرفة انها رجعت للرصيد او لا سواء كانت المشكلة من البنك الخاص بي او غيرها

التأمين غالبا كان للمشروبات الكحولية ونحن مقيمون مسلمون لانريدها ولانشربها، وهذا سبب لي احراج لفريقي الذي جعلته يحجز معي غرفتنان اضافيتان
يجب وضع خيار ازالتها من الغرفة دون الحاجة لدفع هذا المبلغ الكبير من التأمين

للاسف أكبر فنادق العالم لاتطلب مبلغ تأمين بهذا الشكل المبالغ فيه
