Great food and wine at the rooftop restaurant.
Really friendly staff.
Very good location.
Sadly, we didn't have time to try the saunas - they look amazing.
Nice vibe.
Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Noisy AC at the room - should be possible to turn it off at night.

Geräumige Zimmer
Lage sehr gut, der Weg zum Strand ist etwas länger als zB in Venice, dafür ist man am Abend sofort von mehreren schönen Lokalen umgeben und die Gegend ist sehr gepflegt
Top Restaurant und Bar im Penthouse mit wahnsinns Aussicht - sehr sehenswert
Es gibt ein gratis Luxus Shuttle im Umkreis von drei Meilen und Fahrrad Verleih kostenlos

Cons:

Einzig der Zimmerservice musste öfters daran erinnert werden wenn Essentials leer waren oder Handtücher fehlten, wurde zwar sofort behoben - ist aber in der Hotelkategorie nervig

Customer service could be better. We requested a later checkout due to a family member being unwell and were advised this could only be accommodated at a cost of $25 per hour. While the fee itself wasn’t a concern, the response felt somewhat inflexible and lacked empathy given the circumstances.
