Nice but also disappointing
Pros:

Excellent hotel and location

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to check out one day earlier than expected due to an emergency family situation. The gentleman on the reception was not empathetic at all and just commented that we would still be charged for the additional night… seriously disappointing and marred our stay. Sadly my mother passed away just as we got back to the UK

very nice interior

Cons:

the blocked way to much money which i haven’t got back until now (3-4 weeks after checkout). when telling them in the beginning the receptionist got aggressive with me. it’s a mistake in their system, they deny it even if i have all the bank statements.

Mensonge sur la vue par rapport au photos sur booking !
Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur l’océan et payé pour cette option en précisant une chambre avec un étage élevé. Lors de mon arrivée, on m’a donné une chambre avec vue sur les bâtiments. Quand j’ai fait la réclamation à l’accueil, on m’a dit que le nécessaire serait fait le lendemain. Le lendemain : rien n’est fait et c’est une nouvelle personne à l’accueil. Ce n’est pas sérieux. J’ai refait une réclamation et il a fallu que j’insiste lourdement pour qu’on veuille bien de me changer de chambre et cela seulement le 3eme jour de mon séjour. Cela m’a vraiment déçue ! C’est décevant car notre réservation n’est pas vraiment prise en compte mais le montant des chambres avec options Oui !!!

Pros:

Du Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Es ist ein ganz tolles, gemütliches und stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Persona war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und die Betten super gemütlich. Wir haben auf unserer Reise in 15 Unterkünften gehaust. Dieses Hotel hatte mit Abstand die besten und bequemsten Betten. Die Bettwäsche ist super angenehm.

Cons:

Das Parken ist nur mit Valet-Parking und zu einem Preis von 73$ möglich. Das ist schon happig.

В отеле было чисто, уборка каждый день, есть возможность взять велосипеды, есть трансфер в радиусе 3 миль

Отель откровенно обманывает своих клиентов. На фото номеров размещенных в букинге виды из номеров сделаны на фотошопе. Номеров с видом на океан и панорамным видом на океан не существует, фотографии не соответствует действительности, по факту вид на соседние здания. Я заплатил 250 долларов дополнительно за номер с панорамным видом на океан. При заселении когда я попросил предоставить номер как на фотографии, а именно с видом на океан, администратор сказала , что я должен понять что таких номеров не существует. А то что я оплатил дополнительную сумму это исключительно моя проблема. При этом общалась эта женщина неприятно, очень много и быстро говорила, вызывая своим непрофессиональным поведением только недоумение и неприязнь. При каких-либо обращениях только коридорные всегда были отзывчивы и помогали с решением бытовых запросов, в остальном персонал с виду приветливый, но по факту ни чем помочь не может ни по каким обращениям

Pros:

Hotel fantastico. Camere pulitissime e bellissime. Il personale è preparato ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Non ho parole per descrivere quanto sono stato bene qui. Se mai dovessi ritornare a LA sicuramente tornerò ad alloggiare da voi.

Ok, hotel bardzo nowoczesny, pomocna obsługa
Pros:

Lokalizacja- Santa Monica to najlepszy możliwy wybór.
W pakiecie jest szofer do 5km i wypożyczalnia rowerów.
Po zwróceniu uwagi na temat sprzątania byliśmy zadowoleni (brak wyniesionych śmieci, brak papieru toaletowego).

Cons:

Por prysznicem jest tylko deszczownica, co uważam za minus. Lodówka jest zapełniona mini barem i reaguje na dotyk, czyli jeśli weźmiesz butelkę to jest naliczana opłata- nie byliśmy w stanie schłodzić własnych napojów, a panował upał (40*).

Tolle Aussicht wenn man Meerblick bucht.
Zimmerservice hervorragend.
