Primero que todo, no me dieron la habitación que pedi, segundo que todo la habitación estaba sucio con pelos en la ducha en el sifón y en la cama, tercero no teníamos agua caliente, cuarto no teníamos ventanas, el jacuzzi muy sucio y sin agua caliente
