Staff response for any queries

Cons:

Cleanliness was missing as dirts and hairs of previous occupants were present under the bed, closet, chair and table. This means its not moped and cleaned very seriously. Also hot water was not available even after waiting for sometime since it was solar

Comfortable and safe stay
Pros:

Proximity to hospital, shops, restaurants, bus depot. Cooperative staff and easy checkin/checkout process. They also allow very early checkin for a nominal charge. Safe premises for a woman traveler.

Only good if you can compromise
Pros:

The location was the heart of the city. Staff behaviour is okayish.

Cons:

AC was broken. Sheets weren't properly cleaned. Above all if you turn the fan off you'll get attacked by mosquitos in the 'AC Room' !
