Nice beach but too expensive hotel for what you get
Pros:

The location is good, good pool and the beach is right in front of the hotel

Cons:

We did not have to check in, so no welcome, drinks or towel. The card explination of the door was not told so I had to come back coz battery died and then again for not working. There were ants on the table in the room. The guys cleaned it but it came back other days. The clocked worked not in the room. Breakfast was too expensive for what you got so we didnt botter to take it. The atmosfere in the hotel is poor so all guests go elswhere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Maybe create something nice for guests to eat at the beach. The beach towels were the wole time finished so in the morning when guests want to go there was nothing. I do not understand why they not work with passes or so, that you return you towel and get one back. The security sat there all day. Beds were takrn and the guetst were gone so maybe put a poolboy there who checks places beacause there were not enough sunbeds and they were very old. The place was too expensive for what you got.

There was no housekeeping service during our stay that we decided to cut short. They didn’t clear garbage from the condo. Kitchen facilities were broken and they didn’t provide kitchen towels. Dirty place

Excellent apartment overall, but not a luxury stay. Saying that, the pool and location to the beach were amazing.
Pros:

The location in Nilaveli was very good. The apartment was spacious and clean on arrival. Lovely pool and it is right on the beach.

Cons:

Comfortable accomodation but not amazing. There was no during stay cleaning and emptying of bins. When challenged, the staff had said they will do it, but it still didn’t get done. Disappointed with that aspect, but it didn’t ruin our stay.

We loved the 5 days we had there. Fantastic quality apartment, right on the beach, and a nice pool as well
Pros:

The location and the three bedroom apartment were excellent, as were the staff

Pros:

The flat was okay, but some attention would be good. The kitchen lacks some equipment and the doors to the balconies were really hard to move. Despite that, we were very happy with the appartement. It is close to an amazing beach, there are some restaurants on the beach closeby and there is an additional kitchen in the ground floor of the building. Overall: recommendable but not high end. Location is a bit remote, but a tuktuk will take you anywhere for 300 rupies. The beach in front of the hotel is one of the most amazing beaches ever.

Es war toll - Wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Familienzimmer war sehr groß. Das Pool und die direkte Lage am wunderschönen Strand war toll! Es gab eine große Außenanlage und viele Palmen.

Cons:

Es war nicht ganz sauber und das Restaurant ist nur mittelmäßig.

Gran ubicacion pero falto de servicios
Pros:

la ubicacion enfrente de la playa, piscina estupenda, edificio moderno, habitacion grande y comoda, camas comodas. La playa es paradisiaca y estaba vacia. Hay restaurantes al lado del hotel

Cons:

La habitacion estaba algo dejada, muebles en mal estado, puertas de la terraza que no abren bien, el tenedero estaba roto, habia lavadora pero no jabon, el wifi no iba a ratos, necesitaria mejorar esos detalles para darle un 10
El desayuno buffet es malo para lo que cobran. No hay servicio de bar ni de animacion, se echa de menos la posibilidad de tomar alguna bebida o un snack a cualquier hora.

Prawdopodobnie jedno z najlepszych miejsc w Nilaveli.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, spokojna piękna piaszczysta plaża, w około sporo restauracji i barów na plaży. Ogród i basen. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja oraz ciepła woda w łazience. Wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Cons:

Siłownia mogłaby być nieco lepiej wyposażona. Śniadania w okolicznych barach były smaczniejsze choć trzeba było na nie długo czekać, czasem ponad godzinę. W tym obiekcie było błyskawicznie bo szwedzki stół.

Not like the images. Stinky and unclean. Good access to the beach.

It on the beach and have a nice pool. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The first thing that hits you, is that the room stinks of insect detergent - we couldn’t enter the main bathroom without covering our noses. We removed the substance and the smell persisted for our entire stay.

There is a huge swarm of dragonflies outside the balcony, you cannot really go outside during the day.
There are insects inside the house, we encountered a giant cockroach in our shower.

The WiFi in our apartment does not work, and there is no cellular reception.

The reality looks NOTHING like the images.
The room is clean at a first look, then you notice stains and holes in every sheet. We even saw duct tape with human hairs stuck to the wall, how is this not cleaned?

Prawei tydzień w przestronnym apartamencie z kilkoma niedogodnościami.
Pros:

Mieliśmy bardzo przestronny apartament z rewelacyjnym stosunkiem jakość/cena. 2 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, ogromny salon i kuchnia. 4 balkony, widok na ocean, wspaniale. Byliśmy tam prawie tydzień. hotel ma basen całkiem czysty o róznym stopniu głębokości. Hotel jest przy samej plaży, całkiem czystej. Zejście do wody łagodne.

Cons:

Niestety wyciekły moje dane z hotelowego komputera i otrzymywałem przez whatsapp próby wyłudzenia pieniędzy. Hakerzy doskonale wiedziała, że będe w tym hotelu, w tym czasie i znała moje imie i nazwisko. Hotel nie poczuwał się do odpowiedzialności i próby naprawy tej niedogodnosci. Ponadto obsługa pokoju podczas zmiany pościeli zgarnęła ulubioną zabawkę mojego syna. Również nie zaproponowali nic w ramach naprawy. Meble raczej stare, rozpadające się
