Location was good for central to bars etc
Pieces of the floor coming up, TV smashed and general wear pretty poor. Communication was poor, wasn’t able to get hold of host for over 2 hours so we couldn’t get into the apartment. No apology or reason just got the code to get in.

Be careful when booking. First, they charge a non-refundable damage insurance fee. They only apply this charge at check-in, so you don't find out about it until you're right at the door of the accommodation; furthermore, you don't get the money back even if nothing gets broken. There were five of us, but they only provided four chairs—and one of those was broken and unusable. Two of our family members had to eat on the sofa, while the other three ate at the table. There was no Wi-Fi password provided, and we had to beg them to give it to us; it took them hours. There was only one fan for the entire apartment, even though there are two bedrooms and a living room used for sleeping. We had to fight over who got to sleep with some airflow. To make matters worse, the windows only open 8 to 10 cm (about the width of a hand); it felt like being in a fishbowl in 30-degree heat. The washing machine washes using hot water; it ruined all our clothes, including some brand-new items. I wouldn't go back.
Perfect location for visiting tourist attractions in Liverpool City Centre. Everything within walking distance. Close to the train stations for travelling further and the local shops. The suite had a nice layout.
The apartment suite was lacking key amenities like on day one there was only one bowl and I had two people staying and had to request more towels. There were no cleaning products so I had to buy some. I didn't like that there was no hoover or mop. Some of the decor needing some fresh paint and TLC with it showing signs of ageing. No latch or bolt on the inside of the door so anyone with a code could walk in without warning but worked round it by requesting things being left outside or asked for people to knock before entering. Noisy at night and lack of sound proofing glad we had earplugs.
Location was perfect, apartment very modern and clean.
Ventilation wasn’t great due to the hot weather, we were provided with room fans for both bedrooms but they didn’t work very well but we were only in the apartment for short periods of time and evening.

The noise from the pedestrian and vehicle traffic was a lot! Floors are lifting within the apartment, lots of dust collecting underneath them. Even though the floors are clean for this reason they appear dirty. No lift

The apartment is excellent! Spacious rooms and a very comfortable living room. The location is very convenient, close to the center and on a street with many food options and also with a fast-food market nearby. The management was present at all times, answering all questions very quickly.
From Thursday to Saturday, the noise from people and service vehicles on the street was really bothersome. However, the property provides earplugs, which were very useful.
