Pros:

Персоналът е изключително внимателен и любезен. Обслужването на рецепция, особено от момчето,което говореше английски език, беше на високо ниво и изключително професионално.

Cons:

Има какво да се желае от хигиената. Не сменят чаршафите.

Cons:

De kamers zijn erg oud, klein en dringend aan renovatie toe. In de badkamer zat de kraan los en ook de badkamer zelf was verouderd.
We hadden een familiekamer geboekt, maar in werkelijkheid leek het een gewone tweepersoonskamer waarin gewoon een extra bed was bijgeplaatst. Daardoor was er nauwelijks nog ruimte om te bewegen.
Ook het ontbijt viel tegen. Bij de boeking stond "ontbijt inbegrepen", maar we verwachtten een ontbijtbuffet. In plaats daarvan kregen we een vast ontbijtbord, zonder dat dit vooraf duidelijk was vermeld. Dat vonden we erg teleurstellend.
Al met al was dit geen aangename ervaring en wij zullen hier niet opnieuw verblijven.

Good , but I wished to have Buffet Breakfast.
Pros:

They where helpful. We was not confident with our room but they changed for us the day after.
Near to Metro station that you could use to reach almost all Istanbul (with change sure), very close to the hotel. Hungry? you have a restaurant belong to the hotel which they have decent food. But remember that the breakfast is fixed .. No Buffet Breakfast.

Cons:

This is not related to this hotel only, generally sound insulation is not perfect. You could hear outside the hotel or the restaurant early morning specially if you are in 1st floor. But in general it was OK.

Preiswert, sauber und freundliche Personal
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber, ohne Kakerlaken und ohne unangenehme Gerüche. Das Zimmer kann jederzeit gereinigt werden. Frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher sowie Kaffee werden ebenfalls bereitgestellt.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Restaurant, in dem man essen kann. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung viele preiswerte Cafés und Restaurants mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gut gefallen, und ich würde es gerne weiterempfehlen.
