confort de la literie
nous avions réservé pour une nuit à 50 euros modifiable . nous avons rajouté 1 nuit .on s'est retrouvé avec une note de 150 euros .et impossible d' annuler . nous avions envoyé des messages à l'hôtel sans réponse de leur part .c' est très commercial de leur part pour annuler la chambre !!!!!. par contre il savait très bien communiquer quand il proposait des services de taxi .il nous a demandé de payer en espèces et nous a supprimé les petits déjeuners qui était inclus dans le tarif. au final on a payé 125 euros en espèces avec 12 euros de frais bancaires au lieu de 100 euros . sans petit déjeuner pour la deuxième nuit. Bravo.
de plus .le coté sain de la salle de bain laissait à désirer .moississures.
Много сме доволни от престоя си в Dem Istanbul Hotel. Пристигнахме доста рано – около 11:00 ч., и ни настаниха веднага, което беше огромен плюс за нас. Персоналът е изключително любезен и услужлив. Имахме малък проблем със стаята, но реагираха бързо и ни преместиха без никакви затруднения.
Към хотела има ресторант, който работи до 2:00 ч. през нощта, което се оказа много удобно – след като се прибрахме от концерт към 23:30 ч., успяхме спокойно да хапнем.
Локацията също е много удобна – хотелът е на крачки от метростанция, близо до Mall of Istanbul и до Atatürk Olympic Stadium, което за нас беше най-голямото предимство.
С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново.

Neiborhood and the room was dirty
Nice hotel with easy reach from the Airport either by bus H-1 or The metro line 9.
The staff were very nice especially the young lady who served me the breakfast and checked me out. The room has a balcony and ok for a couple of nights or as starting base for your holiday.
All very good for the price thank you.
