Habitaciones hermosas, super cómodas, tiene unas vistas increíbles en la planta alta, en general todo súper bien y muy cómodo y muy bonito.

Cons:

La piscina estaba algo sucia, pero bien, como sugerencia podemos decir que estaría bien una malla sombra o techito en la terraza de la planta alta y unas mesitas para convivir ahí arriba con esas vistas tan bonitas que tiene el hotel. Más que quejas, son comentarios, pero en general todo excelente! 🙏

Avec un peu d’effort et l’endroit aura ça place.
Pros:

Que 6 chambres donc parfait quand on aime pas les hôtels de masse.
L’emplacement en face du lagon avec petit balcon.

Cons:

Piscine pas propre.
Très mauvais wifi.
Plusieurs fois pas d’eau dans la chambre.

Degelijk hotel, mooi uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Hotel gelegen aan het water, aan de rand van het centrum: rustige ligging, maar alles toch dichtbij (restaurants op wandelafstand, aanbieders boottochten, ...)
WIFI was ok, airco ok, koelkast aanwezig.
Badkamer was basic, maar voldoende.
Personeel was vriendelijk, wel geen Engels machtig (lang leve google translate)
Rio Lagartos is een fijne bestemming, momenteel nog niet super toeristisch.

Cons:

Aanbieden van een (beperkt) ontbijt zou fijn zijn.

Accueil. Personnel serviable. Séjour 4 nuits. Arrivée tard samedi et seule chambre disponible dans l'arrière-cour sans vue de la mer comme prévu. Le lendemain , le personnel nous a offert la chambre avec lit queen et vue sur la rio. Sans frais extra. Grande chambre très propre avec balcon privé. Piscine fortement appréciée car pas de plage à proximité. Endroit très calme (Avril 2026) et ses habitants très accueillants. Je recommande un séjour à cet établissement et village.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement idéal au bord de l'eau

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil nous a refait payer la réservation une fois sur place alors que le site Booking m'avait déjà débité le total sur mon compte. La personne a l'accueil ne parlait pas anglais et n'a pas essayé de vraiment nous aider ou de nous rembourser. Ça ressemble à un scam !

De plus il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bain.

Que no encontré buena comida en Rio Lagartos, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el Hotel. Su atención fue muy buena y el personal muy amable
