L' emplacement exceptionnel au calme avec une superbe vue
Le petit déjeuner le premier jour petit buffet, le 2 ème et 3 ème jour un petit plateau servi à table et on devait demander ce que l' on voulait...au niveau de la chambre pas de balcon et porte salle de bain transparente

Not a lot, the room was lovely but nothing else was
Everything! The staff, the service, the facilities. Don’t stay here unless you want to get bad service, ripped off on your bills, one of our party was charged 117 euro for a bottle of Prosecco that cost 48 euro. The pool was filthy and on 2 days we went to the pool and there were glasses and rubbish everywhere. Children’s meals weren’t available.

El precio un poco por encima de lo que me pareció, pero nada exagerado
El hotel es precioso y el personal súper amable. Está todo nuevo y con un gusto exquisito. La piscina fabulosa.
Para visitar Toledo hay que coger el coche y el restaurante y la cafetería son carísimos.

Las vistas de Toledo
Les hace falta mas personal porque tenian solo 3 camareros para restaurante, bar y terraza. Y el domingo por la mañana solo habia un camarero en desayunos. No dandole tiempo de reponer las bandejas de comida o zumos del buffet.
El restaurante Adolfo es muy agradable y se come muy bien. La zona de la piscina es un valor añadido.

The location was outstanding and the foyer and the suite we had was lovely
They just didn’t have it together. There wasn’t enough staff to cater for the guests they had. The menu was limited and very often choices weren’t available making the options even more limited. We had to wait over 40 minutes for drinks and even then they didn’t always come. The pool area was filthy and I had to ask the lifeguard to clean to the pool. A couple of days the glasses and rubbish from the day before were still around the pool.
Es bonito, limpio y con muy buenas instalaciones.
El personal no puede ser más amable, da gusto el trato con cualquiera.
El acceso está casi oculto, mal señalizado y sin iluminación en el acceso desde la carretera, te puedes pasar sin enterarte.
El servicio de bar es algo pobre, es complicado tomar una cerveza a las 7 de la tarde, aunque al final puedes lograrlo.
