DO NOT BOOK: Unclean conditions and unbelievable management.
I checked into a room completely unfit for habitation.

(1) The Owner's Excuse: When I messaged the owner asking why there were piles of previous guests' garbage left on the balcony, their exact written reply was: "yes cuz the balcony is not inside your room." They openly admit to leaving trash on the premises.

(2) Hygiene Failures: The interior was no better. The unit reeked of unpleasant smells (like cigarette or men's body odour), and the bedsheets were heavily worn, faded in colour and didn't smell fresh. Not worth paying MYR 254.00

(3) The Penalty Trap: After sending photos of the mess and requesting to cancel, the host refused to waive the petty MYR 50.54 cancellation fee.

Absolutely unsanitary with a completely bizarre management attitude. Upon entering, the unit reeked of smells (like cigarette or men's body odour), the room was a mess, and the bedsheets were heavily worn. The worst part was the balcony, which was piled with the previous guests' unemptied garbage. When I messaged the owner asking why there was trash everywhere, their exact reply was: "yes cuz the balcony is not inside your room." They actually believe leaving garbage right outside your glass door is acceptable hospitality. When I tried to cancel due to these unlivable conditions, they rejected the request to pocket a petty MYR 50.54 fee. Do not book here; you will get a dirty room and an owner who actively defends leaving trash on the property. They rent out foul-smelling rooms, leave trash at your door on purpose, and trap you with fees. Avoid at all costs.

I like the quiet and clean room, and the living room. The service was great.

We left immediately. When I called booking to complain about this place and owner the owner replied to booking with this huge lie claiming I was “yelling” at his staff” and it looks like I was going to hit her. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. We left and filed a police report. The police told him his is a common scam they do. DONT BOOK

This hotel is the worst and most deceptive hotel I have ever booked on booking.com.
Deception, the worst service, the noisiest hotel, the worst experience ever. I will analyze them one by one below:
1、欺诈型定价，当你以价格排名搜索时会看到它设施不错价格很低，评分不错，实际上这一切都是假的，当你开始预定一切都很便宜，但是等到支付页面你会看到“可能会有额外收费”，正常情况旅游税和 10-15%的服务费是可以接受的，但是等最后支付阶段，他们使用最小的文字最不显眼的地方标准了很多不可思议的收费，包括：64RM/晚服务费，38RM/晚清洁费，9RM的床单费，54RM/6晚的“其他”，支付很快完成 ，然后等发现支付很多金额之后它显示不可以退款。是的，他们就是以如此无耻的态度获得订单。欺诈、诱导、不可撤销！
2、一整天和深夜超高分贝的噪音：这个地方靠近火车站，也靠近高速公路，一整天都有可怕的噪音，在深夜有很多人骑摩托车发出轰轰隆隆的声音，无法入睡。房主和工作人员并不就此进行处理，他们只会推脱是外部噪音，玻璃几乎没隔音。
3、区域偏僻、周边只有几个可怜的小店，离市区很远，可以买到的食物有限。这就是这个老板为什么使用欺诈型的价格条件和诱导性的预定查看获得订房的根本原因。远离！
4、如果在厨房的桌子边吃任何甜的水果面包等，碎屑会吸来密密麻麻的白蚁，
5、没有任何服务提供清洁的服务，但是收取很多服务费
6、霸王条款，绝对拒绝退费，如果你预定完了或者你入住了，糟糕的体验你需要更换或者退费，房主会不理睬你的请求并推给booking平台，并拒绝退费和处理你的任何问题，在一个居民区，
7、请所有人看到评论后，立刻远离这家欺诈型的店，
8、当你退房后，房主会在你还不知情的情况下默认了你给予极好的评价，甚至是在午夜，可是那个时间我已经睡了，直到我发现了并通过booking投诉，才获得这次评论的机会
