It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

The maximum vehicle height for parking at this property is 77 in. Taller vehicles cannot park here.

Meridian Tower strongly recommend all guests obtain travel insurance while traveling in Australia for any unforseen circumstance

All our apartments are fully self-contained; however, we have provided you with a complimentary starter pack of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing tablets and liquid, dish cloth, scourer pad, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. If you require additional supply, the nearest supermarket is Woolworths at the Strand Shopping mall Coolangatta; or 7-11 is on the next two blocks (Douglas street). Beach towel can be hired at $5 per towel.

Pool will be under renovation from Monday 28 April 2025 until 13 June 2025.

Painting of external building will commence 26th April 2025.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The worst receptionist but view was amazing
Pros:

Beautiful view, spacious rooms, access to the beach

Cons:

Reception staff was not responsible and she was so rude.
The description of this unit is wrong, it’s stated as “sub-penthouse” but actually 11th floor of building that has up to 14th floor. Also they clearly noted “there is a private spa” and luxurious bath picture on the web page. I was disappointed when I found it is not there because bath is one of the reason I chose this place to stay.
When I ask this about the reception, she said “We haven’t had the bath for long time, if you don’t like it, just you leave and go find another place!”
No apologies, no explanation, and also how she talked us was really offensive and didn’t let us talk.
By the way, I saw several times the receptionist was having arguments with other customers at the counter during this stay.

Poor amenities, towels weren’t provided enough for the number of people.
I had to buy hand soap and toilet papers.
↑I told about this to the receptionist and she blamed us not visiting the reception when check-in.
(Reception closes at 4pm and our check in time was at 6pm)

Pros:

Cheap and cheerful! Lovely views from the living area and balconies

Cons:

Apartment was very dated. We didn't feel confident to use the oven as it looked 100 years old but all the other basics were there and who needs an oven on holidays anyway!

Pros:

Beautiful view, with easy access to beach. Very comfortable clean apartment. Nice pool. Easy distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarket.

Great apartment, best location just needs some TLC and attention.
Pros:

The location is great! Close to everything! Stunning view and easy access to cafes, restaurants and beach.

Cons:

The apartment wasn’t really clean; food between cushions in couch, mat in lounge needs a good clean, veranda was dusty and kitchen cupboards needed to be wiped down. Floor needs a good clean to remove marks.
Broken dining room chair and perished veranda furniture weren’t able to be used. Clothes airer needs to be replaced. Shower screen door came off runner.
