値段の割にお得感があった。
Pros:

駅に近いロケーションがわかりやすくて良かった。
浴室がバスタブのみシャワーカーテンで仕切られているような狭苦しい造りではなく、浴槽とシャワースペースがわりと広めに取ってあったので、湯船にゆっくり浸かることができた。
ツインタイプのベッドも、シングル2台ではなく、広めだったのが良かった。

Pros:

フロントの方たちが親切で丁寧で対応も良く、笑顔で素晴らしい方々ばかりでした。朝食の食材や種類の多さに大変満足し全ておいしかったです。ロケーションもバス停の前であるので便利です。買い物もマーケットが隣接しているので、雨の中でも動きやすかったです。

部屋の中の空調コントロールが外出してる際にできなく、出先から戻ったときに、部屋の温度が高く、快適な室温にするのに時間がかかる
