Airport Transfer Information:

From Terminal 5, use bus 423; from Terminals 2 and 3, use bus U3 (stand 18 at Heathrow Central Bus Station). If you arrive at Terminal 4, transfer to the Central Bus Station (in Terminals 2 and 3) via the Heathrow Express free of charge, and use bus U3, as detailed above. The bus stop for the hotel from the Central Bus Station is the third stop and is called Compass Center, which is located opposite the hotel.

Leave the M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for Terminal 4 and Cargo, turn left at the roundabout onto the A3044 towards Longford. Go straight at the roundabout and turn right at the next traffic lights onto the A4; the hotel is one mile on the left.

From the M4, exit Junction 5 and follow signs for Hounslow and Central London. The hotel is 2 miles on the left-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.

From Terminals 1, 2, and 3, the hotel is just 5 minutes away. Driving out from the terminals, follow signs for the A4; after exiting the airport tunnel, turn left and proceed to the roundabout. Take the third exit left and turn immediately left again onto the A4/Bath Road. The hotel is located 200 yards up the road on the right-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.

The hotel offers unlimited complimentary internet access for guests (512 Kbps), and there is a 2 MB connection available at an additional charge.

All guests checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check-in for a pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night. This amount will be held for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.

Credit card pre-authorization : As per standard procedure, to check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to authorize your card and hold an amount equal to the first night of your stay 24 hours prior to arrival. In the event that the card is invalid or the card authorization declines, the hotel may cancel your booking after following Booking.com procedures to contact you.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Kindly note that the car parking height is 6.2 feet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Cons:

I called at night to ask why there is no water in the room. I was told because I am not a member I need to come down and get it myself. All this should be mentioned at check in , not when customer is ready fo bed assuming there is water in room. And they were rude saying that.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The hotel was not located close to Terminal 4 which was where we disembarked.

Cons:

Obviously the price could always be better but otherwise excellent

It would not be my first choice, but is most probably typical of the hotels around the airport.

Shuttle service is far too long and one of the reasons I stayed!!
The small promotion for the steak in the escalator is misleading. I can purchase a filet for that price?
But the Pizza promotion had a price attached?
I was informed by the desk the hotel does not accept postage? But if course it does😀
You need to review some of your prices in the lobby for snacks coffee etc. This is not a five star hotel, three would be more appropriate.
£5+ for coffee and crisps? This is just greed and nothing to do with inflation.
Food is good that is a plus, but too much emphasis on Indian culture.

Excellent airport hotel with good amenities.
Pros:

The location was absolutely perfect for catching a flight out of Heathrow. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, and I loved that the bathroom included a bathtub for a relaxing soak before traveling. We also ate at the property, and the food at both the restaurant and the bar was really good. Wi-Fi was good and on-site parking (there is a charge) was appreciated.

A comfortable stopover .
Pros:

A warm welcome at reception who were very helpful . A clean decent sized room . Very friendly staff in the restaurant & a good menu .

Cons:

A shuttle bus from the airport would have saved us having to use a regular bus with cases .

Excellent hotel if need proximity to airport. Very comfortable

Close to terminal 3,
Friendly and helpful desk staff
Good bar and bar food

Cons:

No separate shower and as an older person had to climb into bath to shower, but I find this is the norm in the UK

Pros:

Great location for those who are utilising Heathrow, Terminal 2 in particular. Staff were exceptionally, from check-in to check-out, even at our irregular hours.

Cons:

The price could have been less, but overall 8/10 is a fair reflection.

Great hotel & staff, but need to look at the beds & pillows!
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable lounge with very efficient waiter service. Bar menu was good & the nachos & pork belly bites were delicious & good value. Clean, well appointed bedrooms. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was too soft (personal choice, but firmer offers more support) & pillows were awful (lumpy & uneven). We couldn’t get comfortable so were very jaded for our 10hr flight the next day.
