Airport Transfer Information:
From Terminal 5, use bus 423; from Terminals 2 and 3, use bus U3 (stand 18 at Heathrow Central Bus Station). If you arrive at Terminal 4, transfer to the Central Bus Station (in Terminals 2 and 3) via the Heathrow Express free of charge, and use bus U3, as detailed above. The bus stop for the hotel from the Central Bus Station is the third stop and is called Compass Center, which is located opposite the hotel.
Leave the M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for Terminal 4 and Cargo, turn left at the roundabout onto the A3044 towards Longford. Go straight at the roundabout and turn right at the next traffic lights onto the A4; the hotel is one mile on the left.
From the M4, exit Junction 5 and follow signs for Hounslow and Central London. The hotel is 2 miles on the left-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.
From Terminals 1, 2, and 3, the hotel is just 5 minutes away. Driving out from the terminals, follow signs for the A4; after exiting the airport tunnel, turn left and proceed to the roundabout. Take the third exit left and turn immediately left again onto the A4/Bath Road. The hotel is located 200 yards up the road on the right-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.
The hotel offers unlimited complimentary internet access for guests (512 Kbps), and there is a 2 MB connection available at an additional charge.
All guests checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check-in for a pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night. This amount will be held for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.
Credit card pre-authorization : As per standard procedure, to check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to authorize your card and hold an amount equal to the first night of your stay 24 hours prior to arrival. In the event that the card is invalid or the card authorization declines, the hotel may cancel your booking after following Booking.com procedures to contact you.
Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Quick check-in and room had a lot of space compared to other airport hotels!., we had 3 cases and had enough space to move around in our room!.. check out 12pm also great as we checked in at 8.55pm due to our luggage arriving late on the baggage carousel from the Shanghai flight!
Also on the Bath road with a bus stop in front of the hotel and across the road!.. Bus 423 goes straight past it from T5👍

Close to the airport and there was a quick bus pick-up.

Close to Heathrow and it was quiet. Also the actual restaurant was surprisingly good, as was the breakfast and coffee.
Their listing stated that they had airport transportation. For many of us that means an hotel shuttle. ACTUALLY, an airport bus comes by to pick people up with no guarantee that you’ll get on or where it will leave you. THIS IS VERY MISLEADING. The private taxi was stupidly expensive.
My mattress was very soft, which I liked, but could be uncomfortable for some.
Also, the air conditioning was poor in the rooms and non-existent in the lobby and restaurants.
