The cleanliness of the facility and the room
It was overpriced
Very relaxed check in and the room was standard but neat. Also, coffee anytime!
Breakfast was nowhere.
The property was in a great location. The front desk representative was a great person, with great customer service. He made the place flow with a friendly and open vibe. The room was great and the bed very comfortable.
Very clean , great breakfast & the pool hours are from 6am - 10pm which is dope

Location, staff
Breakfast options could use a lot of love especially when I paid for a holiday stay. Also the water pressure even at 11pm was poor nor was the water hot enough.
The facility was very clean and well kept, and the location was in close proximity to where I needed to be as well as quiet, they try to keep the guests without children on the top two floors 🙂
Love the coffee
I had to move from my room after extending my stay.
The facility's location to our event was close but the manager Mr. Clark and the receptionist made sure we were well taken care of. We appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms.
However the breakfast area was not so much. The tables and floor were not cleaned.
Otherwise we had a nice stay!

I love where the property was located. The staff was nice.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel. Maybe I’m used to certain standard. In the south if pay that much for a hotel, you have quality. The room looked old, the shower looked like my great grandmother may have used it when she was in college. Completely outdated. I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Besides the location, that hotel shouldn’t be more than $80 a night.
