For the price I feel like the rooms should be clean and free of smell.

Good location, disappointing everything else.
Pros:

Check in and out staff were friendly. Breakfast had some good selections.

Cons:

No sign posting for anything, what direction to walk in for the rooms, nothing telling you where the fitness centre was and the fact that it’s not part of the hotel and you need ID to access and it feels dirty and outdated, the room had a bizarre smell to it.

Pros:

They are careless and the room was not clean.

Cons:

The Staff did a mistake in booking dates and I hVe rebook again and room was not clean. I got poked by pin lying on the floor and also them discovered staple pin after I asked the vacuum the floor . So they didn’t do the job second time around.

There wasn't any utensils to cook with in the room furniture look dated there was a leak in the bathroom every time you flush the toilet the floor would get wet I was here with my wife my newlywed wife nobody acknowledge even though I made it clear that it was all honeymoon no kind of little twinkets like Hilton use to knowledge newlyweds, carpet in hallways was coming up off the floor. Staff was running in mouth about personal business with security instead of being attentive to the customers that were at the front desk .

Cons:

Quando chegámos, o sofá cama não estava pronto e tive de ir à recepção pedir para se preparar o sofá cama porque éramos 4 pessoas. Não vimos qualquer simpatia por parte do staff.

Location, amenities and breakfast. Pet friendly and dog bathroom area.

Cons:

Rooms are a little out dated. Had to switch rooms because the first rooms had roaches. They accommodated us quickly but it was a little stressful.

This was my first visit I had a problem with my first room I went to the front desk and a problem was fixed right away I was given a different room. The breakfast was awesome The staff had great customer service
