Super kleines schickes Hotel sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um in İstanbul die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel zu nutzen.Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße so das es richtig ruhig aber zentral liegt
Das Personal der Rezeption ist hervorragend zuvorkommend alle 3 Sami bey , Hakan bey und die Dame super Leute hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Camera ampia, luminosa e pulita. Letto molto comodo e aria condizionata presente nella camera. Presente anche una scrivania per lavorare (wifi molto rapido). Bagno grande, fornito di tutto il necessario.
Non so se sia presente il servizio colazione perché non ne ho usufruito.
Personale estremamente cortese.

Nota: in una settimana non credo siano mai entrati a cambiare asciugamani o a rifare il letto, per me è un punto a favore perché viaggiando per lavoro preferisco non avere persone che girano per la stanza ma a qualcuno può invece non piacere. Credo comunque che il servizio sia possibile se richiesto alla reception

Cons:

In realtà nulla, l'unica nota che potrebbe sfavorire la struttura è la posizione: io mi sono recata ad Istanbul per un congresso all'hilton hotel (5minuti a piedi) e quindi era perfetto mentre per visitare la città potrebbe risultare un po' più scomodo nonostante la fermata della metro a 10/15 minuti.

The room was perfect. The bathroom was really big, the shower with good power. Bed confortable. The location was also good. And the personal was really nice

Everything was perfect. The only thing maybe to change, to put something near de sink to let the toothbrush and this things. And maybe the towels, were not so good.

Особлива подяка Hakan на ресепшні — дуже уважному, професійному, щирому та позитивному. Коли він був на зміні, ранок починався особливо приємно — з його відкритої усмішки та неймовірної кави.
Гарний номер, чудовий санвузол, чистота, хороший сервіс і дуже приємна атмосфера. Окремо дякуємо за відчуття гостинності, тепла та безпеки.

Acum cativa ani era un hotel primitor,curat si cu oameni calzi......acum oameni reci plini de rautate,cred ca am deranjat ca am poposit la hotelul lor....dar aceasta rautate am primito in toate cele 9 zile petrecute in Turcia....nu ma asteptam

Am mai stat la acest hotel si stiam ca au 2 locuri de parcare ,l-eam scris ca as vrea sa rezerv un loc contracost si m-au refuzat,dupa care au revenit ca ar avea un loc de parcare dar asta nu am vazut decat cand am ajuns acasa ca scrisesera mesaj pe site,deja masina era parcat in zona la parcare subterana,in fiecare zi a trebui sa le spun sa faca curat si sa aduca o amarata de hartie igienica,miros puternic de mucegai si aer inchis....ponosit nu mai revin in acest loc......dar orcum pentru mult timp nu mai calc prin Turcia.....
