Luxurious Private Rooms in Richmond

Malgré des dizaines de messages avec l'établissement le remboursement est resté bloqué par l'établissement durant
HUIT SEMAINES, malgré qu'aucuns dégâts n'aient été identifiés.
J'ai dû passer énormément de temps et dépenser beaucoup d'énergie pour récupérer mon argent.
J'ai appris par Booking.com que d'autres personnes ont été victimes du même écueil.
De plus, malgré les instructions sur l'ordre et la propreté, la cuisine était toujours dans un état inacceptable, sale avec des restes de nourriture et j'étais obligé de nettoyer avant de pouvoir cuisiner. Des équipements étaient défectueux.
Certains clients étaient aussi très bruyants.
Le problème est que l'accès se fait par une boîte à clé et que PERSONNE n'est présent pour faire appliquer les règles et instructions. Seule l'équipe de nettoyage vient pour faire les chambres.
JE VOUS DÉCOURAGE VRAIMENT DE RÉSERVER CET ÉTABLISSEMENT !!!

Private Parking

They have not returned my security deposits after over one month we left.

Probably the reason for the economy rate is some heavy staining on the mattress and carpet, though the actual bedding was very clean.

My room does not have a bathroom

Our expectation of a private bathroom facility was not met, as the assigned bathroom was shared, unhygienic, and exhibited mold.

Regarding the room, while the bed was satisfactory, its location was suboptimal, being situated directly adjacent to the main entrance. The presence of large, albeit obscured, windows facing the corridor resulted in significant noise intrusion and light disruption from frequent foot traffic. Furthermore, on one occasion, a gathering of individuals occurred directly outside our door late in the evening after 10 pm and made noise for almost an hour.

Additionally, the room lacked essential amenities such as hangers and a mirror.

Woke up to bunch of ants right in front of the bed, blankets, and sheets had some old stains.

The bathtub was not usable during my stay and I reached out right away but no one came to help or fix during my stay. I asked for a partial refund but was not given one. Cleaning in the bedroom could be better.

Everything: from start to finish, they could have had a REAL PERSON respond to my issues and not used computer generated AI responses. They could have understood what I was going through in my life instead of thanking me for understanding their points of view as to why they could not refund my money! They could have treated me and my service animal with the exact same dignity and respect that I gave them. They could have accepted responsibility for their wrongs and admitted they had made a mistake trying to overcharge me and did everything possible to make it right instead of thinking they were over and above the law and did nothing wrong. They could did everything better right from the start but they failed horribly!

we experienced a kitchen with foods half ate garbage left on counter and an unpleasant surprise with the shower full of personal products toothbrush & paste on counter in bathroom. We are not ones to complain but as we have experienced the Accomidation previously and shared the booking with friends and family.
