Woke up on first morning to a view of Mt. Fuji. Which was very lucky because we did not see it for the rest of the trip. Location was great. Room was exactly as advertised.
Buffet breakfast could have been a little better considering the cost.

la vue de la chambre panoramique. le confort de la literie.
au check in j’avais réservé une chambre panoramique twin et ils m’ont donné une chambre de base, il a fallu que je me batte pour obtenir ce que j’avais réservé pourtant clairement mentionné dans ma réservation… il ne restait que la panoramique lit double qu’ils ont fini par me laisser mais comme si je ne l’avais pas payé… (m’obligeant a appelé booking pour qu’ils leur confirment ma réservation par mail… pratique après 14h de vol et une esim…alors que j’avais imprimé ma réservation et que c’était clairement indiqué dans mon application booking)
l’équipement pour le prix est mauvais. pas d’eau disponible, on te dit que l’eau est disponible au distributeur à côté des ascenseurs mais pas de carafe dans la chambre, se servir au verre quand tu es loin c’est pas pratique.
proche de shinjuku mais du mauvais côté des rails, du coup il faut pas mal marcher avant d’arriver sur le godzilla/cat etc… la station de métro shinjuku est la plus compliquée de tokyo, si vous séjournez ici privilégiez la petite station de métro yoyogi plus facile.
Pour finir, après 3 nuits, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, c’est vraiment le seul de tout notre séjour au japon qui n’a pas été à la hauteur. Par rapport à tous les autres hôtels il est vraiment très inférieur, rapport qualité prix services mauvais. Et cette histoire de chambre c’était vraiment nul ça te gâche tout. parce que tu y passes un temps et une énergie…. au lieu de commencer à profiter.

Very nice modern hotel and we managed to be given a good size room (some are smaller). Easy to navigate to the hotel when you finally escape the train station. The direct train from Narita airport to Shinjuku station made baggage handling easy. A 7-11 is also on site which was very handy and frequented.
There is nothing we didn't like as such, but with the heat in Japan an upmarket hotel with a pool would be great when retreating in the afternoon.

Location and the it's one of the stop for the airport limousine.
There is no room with standing shower and the pillow is too soft
Size of the room and comfort. Closeness to the railway station and bus station and ability to get directly from Narita airport.
Shower over bath. Lucky we brought a bath mat. It's a problem for older people to get in the bath and not fall. I believe that there should be rooms with showers only, for Westerners and those over 70.
