שרות של כל הצוות יוצא מהכלל בעיקר ברונו

שילמנו על חצי פנסיון, האוכל והמנות בארוחת ערב לא היו ברמה של 5 כוכבים, נאלצתי להחזיר מנת דג שלא טעמה מלון ברמה כזו, הייתי מצפה שרמת האוכל תהיה גבוה יותר, בערב השני לקחתי מנה עיקרית מתוך א-לה-קארט בתוספת תשלום

Excellent hotel with great service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. The service was excellent throughout our stay — professional, friendly and attentive. Everything was well organised, and we felt very welcome. Definitely a hotel I would happily return to and recommend to others.

Pros:

Ein altes Hotel wunderbar restauriert in bester Lage! Gepflegter Wellnessbereich, Infinitypool, und daneben rauscht der Wasserfall ins Tal. Großzügige Zimmer, täglich neu gefüllte Minibar, sehr vielfältiges Frühstückbuffet, zusätzlich sind etliche Eierspeisen möglich. Der Service ist beginnt bei Anreise (Auto wird ins Parkhaus, Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht) und endet entsprechend bei Abreise! Auch im Restaurant ist der Service exzellent, ebenso wie die Gerichte!
