Sehr schöne Innenaustattung, modern und grosses Zimmer; sehr bequeme Betten; schöne Aussicht auf den Grossglockner bei schönem Wetter und auf einen Fluss; ruhige Lage

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ohne Empfang/Personal on site; dies führte zu ziemlich vielen Unklarheiten bei den Gästen. Die Informationen vor Ankunft und auch vor Ort sollten vereinfacht und klarer gemacht werden; die Gäste würden so viel Zeit sparen. Das Hotel ist ein wenig ausserhalb des Dorfes.

Wunderbares geschichtsträchtiges Hotel bei dem alles stimmt
Pros:

Alle Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt. Die Lage am Wasserfall ist spektakulär. Sauna und Pool wirklich schön und gepflegt. Auch die Halbpension ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Preis/Leistung insgesamt sehr gut. Sehr freundliches, authentisches Personal.

Cons:

Wenn es was zu verbessern gibt, dann vielleicht die Regionalität und Saisonalität beim Frühstück.
Gut zu wissen: in Bad Gastein ist nichts so nah wie es scheint wegen den Höhenunterschieden. Als Gast kann man aber den stündlichen Bus gratis benutzen.

Rundherum gelungen. Frühstück sehr gut, toller Pool, sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr komfortabel, überraschende große Geste zum Geburtstag - einfach ein Wohlfühlaufenthalt

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Zimmereingang mit Schrank sehr dunkel. Ein Licht im Schrank oder eine helle Flurleuchte wäre gut.
