Good location, clean room but average service.

Room was not ready by check in time.
Manager was stressed on the day when short staff. She winged a lot and mentioned booking.com shouldn't have let us booked the room. Not the first impression expected at reception

O quarto e o banheiro eram bastante amplos, confortáveis e muito bem cuidados. Da varanda do quarto, tínhamos uma vista linda, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. As camas eram extremamente confortáveis e toda a região ao redor do hotel também é belíssima. Minha filha adorou a sala de jogos, que foi um ótimo diferencial durante a estadia. Além disso, toda a equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Em resumo, tivemos uma estadia muito agradável e certamente consideraríamos nos hospedar novamente.

Cons:

Gostamos do café da manhã continental. No entanto, acreditamos que a experiência poderia ser ainda melhor com a inclusão de algumas opções de proteínas, como ovos e queijos. Além disso, o serviço iniciava às 8h, um horário um pouco tardio para quem pretende sair cedo para passeios ou atividades. Um início mais cedo certamente agregaria ainda mais valor à estadia.

Weekend away for the snow
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, balcony view and there were plenty of areas outside of room for family gathering. Eg games rooms, TV lounge, mini library. There was something for everyone.

Cons:

It would be a bonus to add a kitchenette to the room, to make your own meals. I didn't check the website of it was available in any of the rooms. There were also restaurants in close range and continental breakfast provided so it wasn't a big deal. We were here for the snow and didn't leave disappointed. We would definitely stay here again.
