Saba Executive Rooms & Apartments

I had a pleasant stay at Saba Executives and found it to be a very good option for budget travellers, particularly if your main purpose is exploring Hyderabad’s Old City.

The location is probably one of its biggest advantages. Many of the major Old City attractions are nearby, including Charminar, Laad Bazaar, Mecca Masjid and Chowmahalla Palace. Popular food spots such as Nimrah Café & Bakery and Pista House are also easily accessible. If you want to explore the Charminar area, do some shopping, enjoy the local food and experience the atmosphere of Old Hyderabad, the location is very convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and decent space for a solo traveller. I had a room with a double bed and found the size perfectly adequate.

The bathroom was clean, and hot water was available throughout my stay, which was a definite plus.

The only downside was that the bedsheets could have been cleaner. However, considering this is a budget property, it was manageable. Overall, I would still rate the cleanliness quite highly — I have stayed at some well-known hotels where the cleanliness was not as good.

The owner and staff were courteous, helpful and welcoming, which made the stay more comfortable.

Overall, Saba Executives offers very good value for money if you're looking for a clean, comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Hyderabad’s Old City. Its proximity to Charminar, Laad Bazaar, Mecca Masjid, Chowmahalla Palace, Nimrah Café and Pista House makes it particularly convenient for tourists.

I would happily consider staying here again.

Accessibility to the court, rooms are clean

I am 39 years old and visited so many places....but the was the worst experience in My life....I can't stay here even for free

This is not a hotel where breakfast, tea and food etc is provided. It is just for stay. Best quality Hyderabadi food is available nearby as it is located just 500m away from Charminar. Construction of metro connecting Charminar, bus station with airport is going on and Saba Executive is located on that route.
According to me this is the most suitable place to stay for 1)People coming to Hyderabad for business. 2) A group of friends visiting old Hyderabad and interested in old monuments. 3) Solo traveller.

The rooms were clean and the service was top notch….we got great assistance from Naseeh Amhed where he recommended places to visit and also suggested good places for food
