Great location just across from the airport.
Grand entrance, has a good restaurant and staff very helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Some areas would benefit from a little TLC, especially pool area.

We had a really convenient stay at Waterfront Cebu Airport Hotel. The biggest advantage for us was the location — it’s so close to the airport that we were able to just walk over, which made everything much easier, especially when travelling with luggage.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was exactly what we needed for a short stop in Cebu before continuing our trip.
Being able to stay so close to the airport without worrying about traffic or arranging another transfer was a huge plus for us.
Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay if you have an early flight, a late arrival, or simply want to be close to the airport.

I could have walked, but because it was night and unfamiliar, I organised an airport transfer which was a few minutes drive.
Excellent location just outside the domestic terminal of Mactan Cebu airport so no need for a ride, friendly staff, lots of counter space in the bathroom, I thought bed was comfortable and slept well.
Hotel is definitely showing its age, internet had dropouts, didn't like the shower head, partner thought bed was too soft to sleep well.

This is an old-style hotel with spacious rooms and public areas - high ceilings, dated decor. It is steps from Terminal 1 (domestic) and an easy walk from Terminal 2 (international) at Mactan-Cebu International Airport. You literally walk across the street to the Terminal 1 entrance, so this is a perfect stay over for early morning flights. The vibe reminds me a bit of old Puerto Rican or Hawaiian hotels - tile floors, dark wood.
Quite a few updates are needed. It looked like some were in progress. The top two floors of the property were getting new windows; exterior walls were being repaired. Beds were okay - not the best. Escalators didn't work. Like all of us who are aging, a bit more maintenance would bring out this property's inner glow. ... Access to anything other than the airport is a bit remote. Plan on using Grab for any non-airport activities.
The hotel was very close to the internation airport and they offer a free collection and drop off. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were fabulous.
