Location to the airport was very good. I would only stay there again if I had an early flight out.
The hotel is old and in need of maintenance. They only provided 2 small bottles of water despite not having drinkable water available from the taps.
They offered us a free dinner or breakfast due to the air-conditioning not working but when we arrived they told us they had put us in a room with air-conditioning so they reneged on the meal offer. The room was meant to be an upgrade but came with two single beds despite booking one large bed. We asked them to change the bed, they said they would but they didn't.
The hotel looks worn out.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, air con was quiet, staff were lovely and the breakfast was great!
The shower in my room was difficult to turn on, and the wifi didn’t seem to work well, I had plenty of mobile data so that didn’t bother me.
We were unable to stay due to AC being shut down for 5 days. We had to find a new hotel.

Near the airport
There was ni aircon during the entire stay and was not compensated atleast.
The hotel's air conditioning was not working properly during my stay. The room was uncomfortable because it was too warm, and the issue was not resolved promptly. They are not entertaining complaints if you booked online.I hope the hotel improves its maintenance to provide a better experience for future guests.
Unbeatable location – you cannot get closer to the airport than this. Perfect if you have an early flight or a late arrival and just need somewhere to rest your head. Staff were helpful and the check-in was straightforward.
The hotel is showing its age and is in need of a refresh. Rooms and facilities feel dated and could really benefit from a renovation. Perfectly serviceable for a one-night stopover, but do not expect luxury.
The hotel manager Mrs Ginalyn was outstanding. The air-conditioned was not working she did an amazing job trying to make sure we was comfortable. Put a fan in the room, I had a flight at 7am and she did all she could do to make it comfortable.
And the staff in the dining area was outstanding.

Service arrangements not met left waiting at designated area ended up paying for taxi due to them not following their own instructions left stranded because of poor communication skills of management then kept waiting to have our check in finalised totally ignored until we found someone else to check us in our key had been ready the whole time room was outdated toilet didn't flush properly not happy all round
I like that it’s near to the airport, it’s clean, comfortable, staffs are very helpful, I feel safe as a female solo traveller and I really appreciate that they pick me up and drop me off at the airport.
A bit pricey for 1 night stay. 😁
