An amazing stay with excellent service, comfort, and hospitality throughout.
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay in Malta! The hotel exceeded expectations — spotless rooms, friendly and attentive staff, great location, and a very relaxing atmosphere throughout. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and the overall experience made the trip even more memorable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta!

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. Special thanks to Narvik at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional help throughout our stay — always friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a large terrace and a jacuzzi, which made the stay even more relaxing. Everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained. We also really appreciated the boutique and intimate atmosphere of the hotel, as well as the convenient location close to several bus stops, making it easy to explore Malta.
Access to the lounge with drinks and snacks was definitely a big plus and added extra comfort to our stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved a bit, however Narvik kindly helped us communicate with the kitchen to arrange more variety, which we truly appreciated — thank you again! ;)

La struttura sicuramente risulta in una zona strategica per raggiungere i vari punti d’interesse e visitare la città ma a parte questo e un generale decoro che reputo sufficiente visto il prezzo, per il resto è stata molto deludente

Cons:

In tutti i giorni di soggiorno, ho dovuto ricordare che ci venisse rifatta la camera e portati gli asciugami con il risultato che non è stata sistemata prima delle 18 del pomeriggio. La colazione tra l’altro descritta come abbondante risulta scarsissima e di qualità che lascia a desiderare con nessuna opzione integrale. Il personale sicuramente gentile ma non reputo basti.

La palestra, la colazione non era abbondante ma lo chef sapeva coccolarti come il personale di sale.

Cons:

Il cambio degli asciugamani non era quotidiano, come il cambio lenzuola. Da un 5 stelle ci si aspetta maggior cura.

Disappointing experience: Does not meet 5-star international standards

Nothing! Unfortunately, I cannot find any positive aspects to mention.

Cons:

Service & Staff: I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. When I requested standard 5-star amenities (bathrobes, slippers, vanity kits/cotton pads), the female staff member on duty completely ignored the request. Despite speaking calmly, no action was taken to assist me.Room Issues: The room lacks a basic wardrobe. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was leaking water, which caused damage to my clothing.Environment: The hotel is located on a very noisy road. Due to the strong food odors coming from the budget eatery located directly below, it was impossible to open the windows for fresh air.Facilities: The hotel restaurant was closed during the day, meaning no lunch options were available upon our arrival.Value for Money: This establishment claims a 5-star rating, but the service and facilities provided are closer to a 3-star level.Conclusion:I moved to a boutique hotel in Valletta which, despite having no official star rating, provided a far superior experience in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. I would not recommend Saint Elena for those seeking a luxury stay in Malta.

Lokalizacja świetna, przystanek 10m dalej z głównymi liniami autobusowymi, wiec jest to świetnabaza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Blisko kawiarni, restauracji i sklepów. Obsługa przemiła, dokładająca wszelkich starań by pomóc ( tu szczególnie dobrze rozmawiało się nam z Nirvikiem). W środku czysto, ładnie, schludnie.
Ładny widok na miasto z balkonu na 3 piętrze.
Łózko wygodne, szerokie, komfortowe.

Cons:

Dwa małe minusiki to dość mały wybór produktów przy śniadaniu ( brakowało joghurtow naturalnych i większej ilości świeżych owoców), ale produkty same w sobie były dobrej jakości.
-uszczelnienie drzwi balkonowych świetne wgl nie słychać ulicy za oknem, za to drzwi pokojowe nie wygluszały korytarza.
- jedyną skazą na czystości był narożniczek prysznica gdzie przydalo by sie doczyścić osad kamienia.
