Pros:

The service and staff were absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, easily accessible and a lot quieter than all the other busier areas.

Struttura completamente ristrutturata e nuova, camera spaziosa e pulita. Il personale sempre disponibile e sorridente, tra tutti spicca il sig. Diwash che si occupa di ogni cosa per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile!
La piscina sul terrazzo è davvero fantastica e cristallina.
Colazione abbondante e molto varia.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location.

Cons:

During the original check-in when I arrived, it seemed that the receptionist wanted to speak to my friend rather than address me, even though I was the one who booked the establishment. On top of feeling ignored, I came prepared and ready because the location had explained the incidentals to me, so I took out my card to pay for them. It seemed that the receptionist wanted to take a long time checking me in, as if I didn't know the procedures. It was almost 2:00 a.m., and it seemed that he felt like I was rushing him, but I was tired. When it was time to finish the check-in, he went to shake my friend's hand, and it seemed that he was hesitant to shake mine. The next two days, the other receptionists were very lovely, but because of the initial experience, I don't know if I will be booking with your location again.

Calma, Bem recebidos, comoda e incrível
Pros:

Estava tudo incrível
O staff super agradável
Hotel muito bem conservado (em relação a concorrência) e o preço foi muito bom mesmo. Há hotéis de 3 estrelas a pedirem o mesmo e depois apresentam baratas como animais de estimação.
Overall muito bom mesmo recomendo bastante
