It's overally good
Pros:

I like room environment

Cons:

There is a slight musty/mildew smell coming from my washing machine, and it's especially noticeable in the Clothing Styler. Need the better maintenance.

Muito bom, a localização é excelente.
Pros:

Localização e mini waffles no pequeno almoço.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto dá frio para cima da cama por isso é desconfortável; os elevadores podem demorar imenso tempo porque o hotel tem muitos andares/quartos; e o pequeno almoço pode ser barulhento, mas sempre organizado.

It was great stay. If I go next time to Seoul I definitely would like to stay here.
Pros:

It was clean and spacious room. Convenient to city centre. Nice view from the balcony. The room has air-con and heater both facilities. The bathroom was very clean and has amenities like towels, shampoo, shower gel. except tooth brush and paste. The mini kitchen area was very useful.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Hotel location is great. Walking distance to Gwangjang Market, Cheoggycheon, between 2 train stations and several convinience stores. We prefer the quieter location despite this is not in the middle of a busy area like Myeongdeong.

Cons:

Hotel had this locker system to hold luggages if you arrive before check-in which charges by the number of lockers and time used. This can get expensive if you are travelling in a big group and bring many luggages.

Pros:

Good luxury feel while still being affordable. Great kitchen and room amenities. Decently spacious room

Cons:

if plates and washing liquid would have been included in the room, we likely would have used that. But we usually don’t bother people with our requests so we didn’t use the facilities.
