Pros:

Having a washer and dryer was very helpful, close to metro

Cons:

Beds were hard and the room itself was very small the 2 bedroom suite only had 1 bathroom

Cons:

Il s'agit en fait d'un appart hôtel. La chambre censée être double était très mal agencée et ne peut en réalité recevoir confortablement qu'une seule personne. Une arrivée avant l'heure habituelle du check in est possible, mais moyennant 33 000 wons de plus. Sinon, le gardiennage des bagages est aussi payant. Cela n'a été le cas dans aucun des 5 autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it had plenty of space, a kitchen and large fridge-freezer. Very convenient with a 24hr store attached as well as a WOWPASS machine in the lobby. Staff were nice and helpful also.

A great stay in Seoul
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to metro station and the river. Room was very clean and had cooking facilities which was great. Breakfast was lovely with fresh waffles and eggs made by the chef. Convenience store located next to reception which is also great.

Cons:

Room a little tight with two large suitcases and bed is right against the wall restricting access in and out. Breakfast options were the same each day but we were ok with that.

Our reception host, Jimmy, went above and beyond
Pros:

Hotel Botanik was in a very central location for getting around. It provided a comfortable room with superb breakfast options. We particularly loved the close proximity to the canal which we know has been used by many Korean Netflix productions. I would definitely recommend this as a home away from home.

Cons:

Some views from the roof top garden looked down upon construction work, where old sad shanty towns were being demolished, to make way for more skyscraper installations.
