Ein Highlight im Rheingau
Pros:

Toplage im Rheingau, ruhig am Hang mit fantastischer Aussicht in die Natur eingebettet.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut, könnte noch zeitgemäßer sein, (nicht nur Kohlehydrate und Fettiges).

Lovely hotel with potential if they open up more facilities for guests
Pros:

Location and beautiful rooms. Lovely breakfast.

Cons:

Arrived at the weekend and bar, restaurant and outdoor snack area all open. Extended our stay into the week and everything closed, but we weren’t told that before extending. So the bar didnt open until evening, the restaurant didnt open for lunch, the outdoor snack area was closed completely. So only breakfast and evening meal available.
We knew the spa wouldnt be available as they are constructing spa and swimming area currently, but we didnt expect all the other facilities to close too in the week.

Aufenthalt war ein Erlebnis, an den man sich gern erinnert.

Cons:

Schönes hotel, Konzept nicht ausgereift. Die Seele fehlt noch!

Design Hotel durch und durch.

Cons:

Das Haus und das Konzept ist noch m.E. Nicht vollständig fertig. Es fehlt ein Stück die „Seele“ es wirkt alles sehr kühl und unnahbar. Preis- Leistung stimmt in meinen Augen nicht. Wanderweg ins Dorf schlecht beschrieben. Frühstück Top!

Luft nach oben va beim Essen
Pros:

Schöne Einrichtung, große Zimmer

Cons:

Personal wirkte zT noch nicht "eingespielt" oder etwas lustlos. Beim Frühstück war viel zu wenig Platz, sodass man sehr "zusammengepfercht" wurde. Hintergrund va, dass es kalt war und man die Terrasse nicht mitnutzen konnte (damit muss das Hotel aber 6 Monate im Jahr + bei Regen rechnen) und das Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr geht - mit der Folge, dass die meisten Menschen um etwa 9.30 Uhr alle zum Frühstück wollen.
Das Hotelrestaurant war uEn leider auch nicht überzeugend. Der Anspruch an das Essen schien primär zu sein, gut auszusehen (schöne Anrichtung, viele essbare Blumen etc als Deko), geschmacklich aber allenfalls "ok", dafür aber in einem gehobenen Preissegment. Zum 45eur-Fisch wurde als Beilage nur ein wenig Püree serviert, keine Kohlenhydrate zur Sättigung. Mit der Folge, dass ich trotz Vor- und Nachgang noch hungrig war, was mir auch in gehobenen Küchen grds eher nie passiert. Hier fehlte es mMn schlicht an der richtigen Beilage (Kartoffel, Risotto, ...). Wir haben zu zweit 250 EUR bezahlt und waren vom Geschmack schlicht nicht überzeugt.
Generell wirken die Preise an der ein oder anderen Stelle überzogen (30g Nüsse aus der Minibar 8eur, 0,375 Robert Weil 25eur - kostet im Einlauf 10eur und wurde selbst in einem Sternerestaurant in der Nähe noch für 20 angeboten).

Top Lage, toller Empfang und bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr freundliches Personal.
Top für Reisende mit Hunden!

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich befindet sich aktuell in der Rohbauphase. Ein Hinweis bei Buchung wäre nett gewesen.
Eingeschränkte Frühstückszeiten wegen Tagesgästen zum Brunch.
Sehr laute Abluftventilatoren in WC und Dusche.
Zwei Bedienstete, die im Umgang mit Gästen definitiv ihren Beruf verfehlt haben.

Wald.Weit: eine eigene Welt im Rheingau
Pros:

außergewöhnliche Lage des Hotels; Gestaltung und Einrichtung der Junior – Suite; Freundlichkeit des Personals;

Cons:

Unsere einzige Kritik bezieht sich auf das Restaurant: wenig Atmosphäre; wenig Auswahl bei den offenen Wein; einige Gerichte waren überladen (der Zander war allerdings hervorragend und aufs Wesentliche konzentriert)
