Kylpylä oli mahtava
Pros:

Kylpylä osasto on ihana, yksi suomen parhaista. Hyvät mahdollisuudet tehdä kaikenlaista, keilata, pyöräillä, pelata minigolfia… Ympäröivä luonto kävelypolkuineen oli mahtava.

Cons:

Aamiainen ruokalatasoa mutta saatiin siitäkin mitä tarvittiin. Huone hyvin yksinkertainen ja jo aikaa nähnyt.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei käyty siivoamassa kertaakaan kolmen yön aikana. Eli uusia pyyhkeitä ei saatu.
Vuokrattavissa sähköpyörissä oli pieniä ongelmia ja kaksi kertaa takaisin hoitamaan niitä. Yksi oli tyhjät renkaat jotka piti itse pumpata täyteen. Ravintolassa oli pitkät odotusajat vaikka meidän lisäksi ravintolassa oli 4 ihmistä. Alkuruoka oli puoliksi syöty ja se haettiin pois ennenkun ehdittiin mainita että syömme ne vielä.

Improve your staff service! The people in the buffet and some in the reception. Customer service!

The cleaner and other staff in the morning buffet didnt have good vibes for me. Me and my family felt like they were on a rush all the time especially the cleaner who wanted to vacuum the place, she was very rude! Our stroller was parked beside us and there was an electric outlet nearby. She didnt say anything to us just moved the baby stroller heavily and plugged in her vacuum with her very sad face! Then after awhile I planned to move it away but before I could she was done vacuuming took the plug out moved our stroller without saying anything again and plugged to the other side which was very close by. Without any smile any worn nothing! Early in the morning she was like that to us! Not so happy and good morning! We just went out the dining and continued.

The place needs updating, maybe fresh new paint to feel a little bit brighter.

Huoneen tuuletusikkunan hyönteisverkko rikki joten ei kesällä voinut tuulettaa.Lisäksi huoneesta puuttui pimennysverho ja sälekaihdin oli myös hieman rikki.
