Imatran kylpylä on mukava kylpylä, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja monipuoliset altaat
Tärkeimmät altaat olivat pois käytöstä. Tämä kerrottiin vasta kun kirjauduin hotelliin. Ennakkotietoa ei ollut missään.
Kuntosali
Huoneisto oli todella epäsiisti
Chalet Junior Plus oli oikein ihana ja siisti, ja hyvin siivottu. Ja rauhallinen! Upea ja turvallinen parveke. Kiva radiokin huoneessa. Se oli hieman haastavaa että ovea ei saanut takalukkoon tai turvalukkoon, pienempi lapsi saattoi vähin äänin karata käytävään. Kylpylä oli ihana, oikein sopiva 6v ja 2v lapsien kanssa. Kaikille jotakin. :) Ja kiva että pääsi sisäkautta pelkissä kylpytakeissa. Kiva että sai uida uloskirjatumisen jälkeenkin vielä. :) Tulemme varmasti uudelleen, oli oikein kiva paikka! 6v rakasti myös pelihuonetta ja pienempi viihtyi lasten leikkipaikalla.
Aamiainen ei ollut kovin kummoinen. Nälkä kuitenkin lähti ja syötävää löytyi. :) Lamput makkarissa oli kirkkaat eikä ollut ledit niin niitä ei voinut peittää jollain sillä kuumenivat hetkessä.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The buffet had plenty of food to choose from.
The swimming pool was the star of our stay. Our entire family enjoyed the relaxation in the swimming pool. It was pure joy to have a relaxing escapade.
Everything was good, except for one receptionist who had a very unpleasant attitude and behaved like we bothered her with our presence. This is the second stay in the hotel and the first time I have made a complaint about her unpolished attitude. Nothing changed. Unfortunately I didn't find out her name but he has mid length straight hair, of petite height and on the slim side.
