Poor communication among staff, messages are not passed in timely manner and they keep you waiting forever, no respect f
Pros:

We choose because of the location as there are no other 5 star hotels in the vicinity

Cons:

Property too old, staff claims that it has been refurbished but we stayed in 4 different rooms and each one has a problem. Most of the issues are with washrooms, either leaking or fittings too old and noisy.
