Only 5 star hotel in the center of Rawalpindi.
Very humble and caring reception staff.
Courteous and cooperative hotel staff.
Provided me early room check in.
Bright and airy room.
Nice and well sufficient breakfast buffet.

Allowing my guests to bring food items in my room, which is against hotel policy but a very heartwarming goodwill gesture.

Cons:

Staff and facilities werent good, I asked for iron to oress my clothes. Reception said wr are sending and thn guy came and said we have iron room on this floor you can go there. I insisted as its difficult for me to go but i agreed and wrnt there and they have old rusty iron over there and bcs of that we burned our clothes and not us, There were other people too, We both complained and staff came to our room and said sorry we can give you complimentry laundry services which was useless. I have visited many hotels all over the world and everyone provide iron and if they dont they check their iron rooms daily basis, i think they dont have any maintainance department
