The reception was very nice

Cons:

The room cleaning was bad, the cleaner didn't clean the floor, the furniture dust, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The bed for the kid was 2 levels, and it wasn't comfortable to sleep nither on the first level because it was like a box, very depressing, not on the second floor because sta stairs were not appropriate.

Personale molto disponibile e gentile, posizione molto ben servita dai trasporti pubblici.

Cons:

La prima notte la camera ha presentato alcuni problemi di manutenzione. Però il personale ga recepito le nostre problematiche e il giorno dopo abbiamo ottenuto una camera di livello molto migliore.

Lo staff era da 4 stelle, per cortesia e professionalità, il resto no.

Cons:

Stanza sporca, polvere ovunque, parquet rotto, così come la serratura del bagno.
Colpa mia che non ho controllato le recensioni ma di un albergo a 4 stelle a Torino a 153 euro a notte non potevo immaginare questa realtà.
Ripeto quell'albergo ha solo lo staff da 4 stelle... a mio avviso ovviamente.
Neanche a dire che il frigo bar era vuoto.

Cons:

Zeer verouderd interieur van de kamer.
Spinnenwebben in de kamer, kalk in de douchekop, schimmel in de douchebak, loshangende stopcontacten.
