Au prix où l on paye la chambre
Ne pas avoir de quoi déjeuner et devoir demander des tasses ou ne plus rien avoir à déjeuner à 10h alors que l on sert le petit déjeuner jusque 10h30 !
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du prix que lon paye

Pros:

L’endroit et l’hôtel sont vraiment un havre de paix et sublimes. Le personnel est vraiment top. La chambre (Deluxe garden suite) est toujours magnifique et décorée avec de belles fleurs.

Manque de variété au restaurant.

Good beach hotel
Pros:

The room was very large, well decorated, well illuminated and very comfortable

Cons:

Well, i had left my swimming shorts on the terrace overnight to have them dry next morning but they disappeared. I have no idea nor evidence whether another guest or a staff member or a bird took them. It was an unfortunate situation :😔

Très bel emplacement et piscine sympa

Cons:

Beaucoup de problème d’électricité ! Des coupures tout le temps pas d’Internet ni d’eau chaude très souvent et compliqué pour eux de trouver des solutions et encore moins un dédommagement. La propreté est très moyenne.

Pros:

Beautiful buildings with lush garden, 2 well maintained pools with sea view, located on quiet beach. Simple breakfast buffet with sea view.

Great location & super friendly staff, but weak management, unreliable organization & repeated food.
Pros:

The location right on Matemwe Beach is fantastic. The property is very well maintained. Service staff, security guard and housekeeping were consistently extremely friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Agreed late check-out until 6 pm was denied on departure day, we had to change rooms. Food: frequently items missing (Coca-Cola, Fanta, pizza etc.). Pool sometimes cloudy. Management seems disorganized.

It is okay, but something is missing
Pros:

Dreamlike cottages and pool with wonderful view to the beach.

Cons:

Instable electricity, a little bit expensive considering the not too wide range of variety presented at breakfast. Even tough we booked a room with view to the ocean, our room was quite far fron the ocean. Practically we had a view, the did not lie or anything, but based on the pictures i somehow expected it to be closer to the waterfront.

Picturesque place, but you should rather not rely on the friendly faces
Pros:

The pool and the cottages are just as beautiful as on the pictures. The breakfast was okay for no longer than 4 days.

Cons:

Due to electricity issues we had no power for a significant amount of time, causing our stuff in the fridge to become rotten, and since we did not notice it, we got some stomach issues during our stay. Also because of power outages, the kitchen could not always operate, so be prepared that you might need to wait a lot or select a dish not requiring electricity. The staff was very friendly and kind, they get me certain feminine hygine products when i was in need, but at first they wanted to make me pay 2 dollars per piece, which sounds literal robbery, especially if we consider that it was an already opened box, not a brand new package of tampons. It was a little bit disappointing feeling, but maybe it is for real a luxory item.
