A childen under 12 years old can stay when using existing beds for a bee of USD 12 plus taxes. An additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes also applies to children under 12 years old.


Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Pros:

Merveilleux endroit avec le Rio Colca qui coule en contre-bas. Mon mari a d'ailleurs pêché dans le Rio. L'hôtel porte bien son nom: Petit village enchanté. C'est vraiment le cas. Avec des colibris qui peuplent le jardin, les alpagas qu'on peut nourrir, les sources chaudes juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel,...magique. On y mange également très bien et le personnel est charmant. La chambre est très confortable avec une immense salle de bain.

Très chouette hôtel qui devrait combler certains petits détails pour justifier complètement son prix nettement supérieur
Pros:

Le confort, la taille et l’agencement de la chambre, la salle de bain avec douche et baignoire (et eau chaude), la déco et l’ambiance « petit village ».

Cons:

Il y a un manque d’attention à de « petits » détails qui justifieraient à 100% le prix supérieur de cet établissement en comparaison aux autres de la région. Par exemple, les distributeurs de savon et shampoing vides dans la douche, plus de la moitié des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent plus dans la chambre, etc.
Je dois aussi avouer que le repas que nous avons pris le soir au restaurant n’était pas digne d’un hôtel qui se voudrait d’un standing 4 étoiles (viande sèche, frites froides et pas cuites, etc.), mais le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin était excellent!

La habitación era cálida, aunque no tenia calefacción se sentía tibia y no habia corrientes de aire, eso hizl que mi bebé y yo descansemos tranquilos

Cons:

La piscina, tiene un ambiente hermoso, cálido, pero el agua es increíblemente fría, para el clima, la zona y el pago la piscina debería ser tibia para poderla disfrutar, solo sirve para fotos

Cons:

Se fue la luz y tuvimos un noche terrible, con mucho frío. Había opción de poner leña en el cuarto, pero a pesar de múltiples llamadas a la recepción nunca llegaron porque comentaban que estaban ocupados arreglando la luz (que nunca llego). La peor experiencia que puedo haber tenido porque fui encima con niños pequeños.

Lindo e confortável
Pros:

O hotel é lindo e a localização é um pouco mais afastada de Chivay.

Cons:

Possui restaurante e bar próprio, mas achei a comida apenas razoável, não é um grande diferencial.
Como as saídas para os passeios saem bem cedo, por volta das 06, penso que o café da manhã poderia iniciar mais cedo, às 05.
O início era as 06, mas eles anteciparam para 05h45, o que foi muito gentil.
Fiquei surpresa pois tinha muita gente tomando café nesse horário, ou seja, é uma demanda dos hóspedes da região..

O check in ocorreu às 15h, como o previsto, mas ainda estavam faltando 2 toalhas que só foram entregue às 18, achei uma falta de organização.
