Our All Inclusive Breaks include a 3 Course Dinner (£35.00 Food Allowance per adult for your Evening Meal), Full English Breakfast, Overnight Stay, a Soup & Sandwich Lunch between 1.00pm and 3.00pm PLUS Unlimited Drinks from 1pm to 11pm per person: choose from House wine, draught beers, branded spirits (served in single measure and with a mixer only) and soft drinks served at the Resident’s Bar. One glass per person, per order. Any drinks purchased outside of these times are payable at the bar. Valid at the Resident’s Bar only. Spirits are served in single measure and with a mixer only.

There was a wedding on. It was like being ing the hardrock hotel in ibiza
Breakfast was ok.
We wanted to be close to our next day destination hence choosing this hotel.
Staff tried to sort out our issues where possible. Our dinner server was excellent.
Dinner was probably the worst we've ever eaten in a restaurant! New potatoes and not the listed sauté ones, cremated burger and overcooked veg except for one totally uncooked piece of broccoli, chips were anaemic.
Our mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs.

Room small, dirty. Obviously refurbishing would help, as very shabby . Biggest bug bear no points to plug in your own, mobile phone, laptops, without unplugging TV and or kettle! Staff on arrival very unhelpful.
Ample parking. The outside of the hotel looked very nice, with flowers and pleasant seating areas.

There was no air conditioning.
When we checked in, both the room and bathroom had a noticeable drainage smell. We mentioned it to the front desk after the first night, and thankfully the smell did improve.

Brilliant hotel and room. We’ve stayed here on three occasions. On this last occasion, the room had a nasty, musty smell on entry, possibly coming from the bathroom?
The one curtain had come off its hooks and could not be drawn.

Not enough sockets in rooms and had no air conditioning, particularly on the very warm and humid nights.
