Pros:

Locality. Stayed there twice before

Cons:

My room was right opposite the elevators.
Too much noise by people coming and going. Unable to change room despite having booked quite some time previous to stay.Arrow slit window didn't let much light in and the window was extremely dirty on the outside

Very comfortable and conveneint for the rugby test.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Good variety of food and comfortable tables.

Rooftop bar was great to finish off the day.

We were able to walk to Suncorp to see the rugby test.

Proximity to city and train station.

Cons:

Not enough glasses, cups etc for 3 adults. Only provided for 2 people. Room a bit squashy for 3 adults and child. Ok for 1 night.

would recommend, staff amazing made the stay very welcoming , will stay again with the family

location was a top priority for us , great spot close to everything.

room was fine , excellent for the price paid
staff were above , made us feel at home , welcoming , no task was an issue .

usually I couldn't be bother with reviews but I felt like this deserved one .

we would 100% stay again

Cons:

only issue I had is trivial

sports bar attached to hotel seemed a bit flat .
sure it had the tvs , it had the channels with sports on .
but it didn't feel like a sports bar

Pleasant and convenient place to stay. Well priced and staff were exceptional.
Pros:

Great location and staff were exceptional. Good facilities and close to key landmarks.

Cons:

There was a lot of corridor noise and lift noise from where we were. Could not hear outside noise however. Could do with a little refresh in places.
