Excellent. The restaurant was great and we loved the location of the hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind, including reception and the at restaurant. They appeared genuine and happy-natured.

Cons:

Our toilet did not flush well (room 818). We sent the plumper in to investigate, however, it took time to refill and flush every-time. The flush was not strong.

Pleasant and comfortable at a fair price with incredibly friendly and professional staff in all positions.
Pros:

Incredible position in the centre of Brisbane. Walking distance to practically every site in the city and to and from the Roma St bus and train terminals.

Cons:

Maintenance of our room was fine but wear and tear is very evident. Particularly the bath and the bathroom generally.

Pros:

All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
The location was so convenient to everything and even though right in the city centre the room was very quiet.
The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food on offer.

It was excellent in some ways but also some disappointment. (TV & Phone)
Pros:

Staff at desk very helpfull.

Cons:

My TV did not work. My room phone was also very difficult to hear.
I phoned as TV did not work but could not hear.
TV service came to room but could not fix. I missed the news and a few shows every day.

Location close to everything.
Breakfast was great lots to choose from. Bed comfy. Staff very good.

Cons:

Outdated bathroom. Shower in bath hard to get out needs extra grab bar. Basin chipped a big crack from one side to the other. Stale smell in lifts and hall ways. Food spill in the hall way not vacuumed for the whole time we stayed.
