Pros:

Das Frühstück war OK, aber nichts besonderes. Die Lage ist nicht gut, liegt halt zwischen den Slums.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Frisches Trinkwasser in Glasflaschen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Zu starke Duftsprays in der Lobby und in den Fluren. Das ist unangenehm stark
Die Lichtschalter sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, in der Nacht findet man nicht den richtigen.

Pleasant experience - strongly recommended
Pros:

It was a very pleasant experience overall - (1) courteous and helpful staff, (2) special attention by the restaurant to my requirements for Jain breakfast and dinner and (3) well-managed property.

Cons:

I paid 154 per night the booking was done via booking
My colleague paid $84 thru the app even that it was written pay at the hotel. Means that the hotel can control mistakes - there is no way that via booking its double price!!!! And the hotel didnt offer any discounts (spoke to the reservation manager)
This is not what you are expecting from such hotel chain

Great place to stay, some focus needed on some of the staff approach to engaging with customers.
Pros:

I've stayed here many times, at least twice a year for a week or so each time. Overall a great hotel which is well appointed, clean & well situated for the places I routinely visit in Pune. Good food and clean comfortable rooms, and communal areas. Those in house keeping & security I met were excellent and seemed happy to be there, very friendly.

Cons:

On this last visit I noticed the attitude and the attentiveness of the staff has reduced. Some staff seem unsmiling & reluctant to be engaged with guests on the front desk & in the dining areas. When dining you often have to find someone to ask for something rather than them coming to you. I also found the manager running level 12 quite rude as he ejected me out of the swimming pool well before the closing time (set on the signs next to the pool) when challenged he insisted the signs were incorrect & thus I missed my swim that day.
The impression that the less engaged staff give is that they don't want to be there, perhaps they shouldn't be.

Honestly, they should make the bathrooms opaque and solid from just a full frosted glass. Very bad for basic privacy
