Schlüssel nicht vorhanden, der Zugang war nicht möglich.

Wir hätten über die mangelhafte Reinigung die fehlenden Glühbirnen den defekten Duschkopf etc hinwegsehen können, jedoch bekahmen wir gar keinen Zugang zum Gebäude. Im Schlüsselfach war zwar der Zimmerschlüssel aber nicht der notwendige chip um ins Gebäude zu kommen. Wir mussten darauf warten, dass andere Leute ins Gebäude gingen um nicht mit Kleinkind nachts auf der Straße zu stehen. Die Firma Arbio war dann praktisch nicht zu erreichen. Telefonisch per mail und per whatsapp oft 15 min in der Warteschleife.
Wenn man dann mal jemanden erreichen konnte wurde man schnell abgewimmelt sie würden am Problem arbeiten. Passiert ist nichts.
Trotz dieses erheblichen Mangels verweigert Arbio aktuell die Kostenrückerstattung.

La localización al lado de un parque para ir con niños.
Aunque la cocina era pequeña, estaba bien para preparar desayunos y una comida al día, tenía todo lo necesario.

Die Aussicht
Die Umgebung des Hotels ist völlig in Ordnung. Man ist zu Fuß schnell bei EDEKA oder in der Innenstadt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der 16ten Etage mit dem Panoramabalkon.

Für unsere Buchung war uns wichtig, dass wir dort kochen und ein Bad nehmen können.

Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir uns erschrocken. Es fehlte die angegebene Mikrowelle. Des Weiteren gibt es hier keinen Backofen. Die Küche wurde bei dem Angebot nicht vollständig gezeigt. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass die Küche größer ist, weil man auch keine Mikrowelle gesehen hat.

Das Geschirr, Besteck und die Gläser war teilweise sehr dreckig. Die Töpfe sollten auch mal wieder ausgetauscht werden. Selbst der Föhn war schmutzig.

Wir haben nur am Eingang und im Bad Licht gehabt. Die große Lampe neben dem TV-Tisch ging nicht. Wir mussten dann die kleine Nachttischlampe nehmen.

An den Wänden waren unschöne Stellen, das Bett hat gewackelt, die Kissen waren sehr unbequem.

Die Sauberkeit war hier auch nicht einwandfrei.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Man kann dort nichtmal baden gehen, weil der Stopfen fehlt. Der Duschvorhang ist von der Breite viel zu klein. Der Boden ist an einigen Stellen kaputt. Der Duschkopf sollte ausgetauscht werden, genauso wie die Halterung des Duschkopfes. Diesen konnte man nicht benutzen.

Man kann nicht richtig lüften. Die stickige Luft sammelt sich im Bad und im Eingangsbereich. Wenigstens hatte man einen Ventilator, der einen minimale Luft zugeblasen hat.

Beim verlassen des „Apartments“ oder des Fahrstuhls stinkt es extrem und dauerhaft auf der 16ten Etage.

Wir hatten Probleme mit dem WLAN. Wir konnten die Handys und den TV nicht verbinden. Auch bei Nachfrage konnte uns nicht geholfen werden. Zum Glück war in dem Karton der FRITZ!Box noch ein LAN-Kabel. Somit konnten wir das WLAN nutzen.



Unserer Meinung ist das „Apartment“ das Geld auf keinen Fall wert.

Pros:

The place is centrally located, easy to find and close to public transportation. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful with any problems we had and replied quickly (also on a public holiday).

Cons:

Proper ventilation in the room and a full length mirror would be nice since the only mirror is in the bathroom.

Kann nicht viel dazu sagen, haben das bezahlte Zimmer nie gesehen....

Cons:

Schlüssebox funktionierte nicht, Ersatzschlüssel-Box war LEER. Nach fast 3h in der Kälte Angebot für ein Zimmer in der Stadt (Fußweg 54 min, mit Koffer!).
Was für eine Katastrophe und verlorener Tag!
Habe dann storniert und im benachbarten Ibis-Hotel eingecheckt.

Einzig Gutes war, dass bereits am Folgetag die 100%ige Rückerstattung akzepzeti und bestätigt wurde.... Zum Glück!
