We lived though would look for other options next time
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff was great.

Cons:

The water was not hot in the shower, despite then saying they fixed it. The shower drain was broken. The indoor jacuzzi was broken the whole 6 days. The hotel did not offer free water, even as refill. The bar was always closed. One of the elevators was scary!

Overall the stay was good.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Good lighting and beds were comfortable. The kitchen staff were so humble and helpful.

Cons:

Room was not clean./ There was some smell. $6:00 for a bottle of water was more than that in the Cruise ship.

I like the staff they were very funny. Excellent customer service. I liked the room except for the paint was coming off
Pros:

I like that it was in the center of a very popular area to walk in. Have fun. The staff was amazing and they changed my room as soon as I found a water leak from the ceiling as I entered the room. I like that we were able to have two drinks for free.

Cons:

I didn’t like the pool was not heated although they had two pools. The hot tub was being fixed and it was never thoroughly cleaned.

Pros:

the size of the room, the balcony and the free drinks

Cons:

- de leaking AC in the bathroom with at one time a flooded bathroom. It was only solved partially and I always had to put towels on the floor for the leak and also take a shower on on side in the bath since I otherwise got drops from the leak on my head
- the problem of getting a bill since neither Booking.com nor the hotel initially gave me a printed bill with a VAT number of my organisation. In the end the hotelstaff solved it after a lot of talking (for which I am gratefull to their manager)

I will definitely stay at this location again, but inquire about the cleanliness
Pros:

I like the breakfast always top-tier that’s my favorite part of any embassy suites in the location was perfect.

Cons:

My room wasn’t clean hair was everywhere and I had to clean the toilet myself. The tub was rested and I had it for my happy hour and breakfast voucher from the front desk it wasn’t offered. Also, I didn’t like that in my room outside view with the highway.

Cons:

creo que es un hotel que no es muy moderno,
necesita remodelación,
las habitaciones aun son con tapete,
el hotel es un muy costoso con respecto a las instalaciones.

My day was great everybody on the property was super nice every time you walked by an Embassy suites staff everyone said
Pros:

The property is close to everything that you wanna do and you can walk to restaurants, putt, putt, golf, entertainment at night.

Cons:

It’s outdated. But the beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice. The mirrors in the bathroom could probably use a little TLC.
