Mixed feelings.
Pros:

I have mixed feelings about Misty Wonderland. The view is absolutely breathtaking, probably the best we experienced in the whole Yangshuo/Guilin area, and it really is the main reason to stay here.

On the positive side, our room was very pleasant, spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed. So overall, the location and views are exceptional, but the facilities and service did not quite match our expectations.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the arrival experience was disappointing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive and seemed more interested in brushing us off than explaining anything about the hotel or the area.

The property itself is also more limited than the photos suggest. There is no bar, no outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy a drink, and no swimming pool, despite some of the photos giving the impression that there is one. There is essentially just one indoor restaurant.

A must stay place when visiting this area
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location which is why we chose to stay here and it did not disappoint. The perfect place to take a pause from daily life and forget that cities exist. Even though the staff did not speak English, we found a way to communicate through WeChat, and every one of the staff that we met, tried their best to help me and my mom to feel well taken care of.

Beautiful location and view, next to the top sightseeing mountain of Yangshuo
Pros:

The view is great and breathtaking, wonderful photo location specially for wedding photos with the photographer on site. Rooms are spacious, layout and design is beautiful.

Cons:

Breakfast is simple and not international; staff in the restaurant is not well trained. No bar, no external guests in the restaurant, not really attractive for dinner.
