Great place to stay
Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Decent sized and clean bathroom. Pretty good breakfast

Cons:

Initial front desk reception, rooms not ready even though check in time is so late (4pm) and we arrived after 4. Attending person didn't make eye contact when it was our turn, instead she took a call from a customer, received their complaint, took the time to relay the info to a housekeeper. I don't mind any of that but she should have acknowledged us, she should have said to give her a minute she'll get to us, something to the effect and not behave as if we were not there or invisible

Overall nice stay
Pros:

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed smash burgers on the top floor Resturant! Room was nice for 3 adults.

Cons:

Trundle bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, thankfully I was able to move to the sofa.
There were 3 adults in the room, when we asked for the 3rd set of towels, coffee, etc we were given everything but said they only supply 2 water bottles. Come on, you say the room accommodates 6 people, would it hurt you to give a water bottle per person?
It’s been over 2 weeks now, and I’m still waiting to receive my $50 security deposit. Guess I’ll have to call. They said it would take a few days.

Pros:

The location was not safe. People hanging outside the hotel, asking for money.

The service was OK, the gratuity was high, paid almost $300 for one night, breakfast was cold, could be better.

Cons:

A hot breakfast, less gratuity charges, room was fine went left, we are not a messy family.

Pros:

We visit Tampa for our 12th Anniversary on July 5th, and we had an amazing time.

Cons:

On July 4th 2026, we went out celebrating and when we return back to the hotel. There was absolutely no parking in the garage, and we paid for parking during our stay. We had to pay to park down the street from the hotel, this was so disappointing.
