Good
Pros:

The hotel is with walking distance from the Guangzhou South station.

Cons:

It's hard to find the way to the hotel for first timers. It'd have been better if a map is provided, showing where to pedestrian crossings are. Google Map is not very helpful.

Ok hotel if you have an early morning train connection at Guangzhou south
Pros:

The hotel is located walking distance from the Guangzhou south railway station, although you have to cross some big streets to get there.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean and looked kind of old fashioned
