Pros:

The close proximity to the MTR station. Access to the city.

Cons:

Lack of decent English speaking staff. Communication was bad. No decent accessible WiFi so I couldn't send messages and emails home to Australia. It was expensive for the type of Hotel I wanted.

Just I faced a problem of transfer of luggage from the hotel to the car because there was no luggage staff in the hotel
