Great stay in every way.
Pros:

When they called me and told me that my room was going to be downgraded because of technical issues. But the staff found a replacement room that was more then what I booked make it all right.

It opened our eyes up to staying at other Drury Hotels when we travel.
Pros:

Everything it was clean. The food was very good. The staff were very nice. Madison was so helpful. She answered all of our questions. And gave us some great advice about local attractions. And she checked us in so easily.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t that hot. And it had a foam on the surface.

I can't tell you how wonderful this hotel is. It was so nice that I did not want to leave.
Pros:

It was excellent. Loved the buffet. Great variety.

Above and beyond
Pros:

Loved the friendliness, efficiency, knowledge and availability of the staff across the board. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The jet spa pool was exceptional. Also impressed by the breakfast and the early evening supper (all included in the price)

Cons:

Would have liked a bathroom extractor fan.
