Pros:

Crowded place, need to wait for long time for elevators. employees there is NOT helpful at all. They don’t care about guests’ experience at all… doesn’t matter what you are asking, they don’t really care…

First time and won't be the last!
Pros:

Best value for a hotel. The dinner, the wine and the breakfast were just added bonus. Great staff, nay..incredible staff! Really sad I waited this long to try a Drury hotel. If they are all like this, count me in! Oh and finally someone understands how to build a hotel shower! Didn't have to get in to turn the water on! I'd stay for the showers lol.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very nice.
