I needed to rest as I buried my Mom so this was a good choice.

Comfortable and restful stay with no stress.
Pros:

EVERYONE was friendly and professional—from management to desk clerk to clean staff to kitchen and bar staff and grounds crew. It appears workers are happy in their work and are respected and therefore show respect.

The best hotel I have ever been to

Only thing I didn’t like was I couldn’t relax in the jacuzzi because so many kids were jumping in and out and splashing like it was the pool

Upon check in Latoya was wonderful. The room was great and the person managing the breakfast area the next morning was terrific. Upon checkout the person at the front desk was a bit surly but overall, we were very happy and would stay there again and recommend it.

Overall it was a perfectly fine hotel and I would go back if I ever needed to. The breakfast was great, the 5-7pm snacks were great and all complimentary.

Cons:

We experienced a significant housekeeping issue with one of the beds during our stay. It was very concerning to both me and my family, and I believe any family would have felt the same way in that situation. While the housekeeping staff addressed the issue promptly, I felt that management did not take the matter as seriously as they should have, likely because I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. Given the severity of the issue, I honestly expected at least one night of our stay to be comped, but that was never offered. In hindsight, I probably should have had my wife address the situation, as she was understandably much more upset about it.

Very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were very nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Refrigerator was noisy all night. The bed sagged in the middle a little bit.

We had a wonderful time with our family!
Pros:

Staff was wonderful. They were able to book our 3 rooms on the second floor as one of our cannot tolerate elevators. Everything was very clean. Beds comfy and shower with plenty of hot water. We also enjoyed the pool. It was nice to be able to order a late night snack from the bar/restaurant.

Cons:

Believe it or not, I cannot think of a single thing.
