Понравилось только месторасположение отеля и процесс заселения

Cons:

Номер грязный, с плохой сантехникой, лейка душа почти не работала. Больше всего нас расстроил завтрак. Не сама еда, хотя выбор блюд был скромный, а отношение персонала! Нас сгоняли с мест пять раз!!!!! Девушка очень громко кричала что-то на китайском языке и отказывалась ответить на мой вопрос В ЧЕМ ДЕЛО, хотя я вела диалог на английском языке! При том, что в других отелях нас провожали за столик и мы знали где можно позавтракать. Здесь же нам просто указали на вход в ресторан и когда мы взяв еду решили сесть- прибежала эта девушка и начала орать, чтобы мы встали, ХОТЯ ЗАВТРАК БЫЛ ОПЛАЧЕН!. На столиках не было табличек, что это резерв или еще что-то. После третьего стола, к нам подбежал молодой человек и через переводчик сказал, что эти столы - СЛОМАНЫ. Видимо все пять!!! у окна!!!. в итоге под ее крики мы сели в конце зала на проходе и она замолчала. В ресторане было несколько людей, но европейцы - только мы. После этого шоу, к одному из гостей - подошла супруга и они пересели за один из этих 5 столов!!!! которые для нас сломаны и сидеть за ними нельзя. Потом пришли другие постояльцы отеля и спокойно выбирали из этих 5 столов за каким из них им лучше сидеть и где лучше вид. Я спросила одного из мужчин - возможно они бронировали заранее этот стол, на что получила утвердительное - нет. Из всего напрашивается только один вывод - персонал отеля проявил максимальную дискриминацию по отношению к лицам другой национальности! У нас был забронирован этот отель еще раз по возвращению из другого города, но после этого случая мы отменили бронь и больше в этот отель ни ногой. Если вы не работаете с иностранными гостями - укажите это в описании отеля или в дополнительной информации. Или же тогда отказывайте при заселении! но кричать на гостей при посторонних людях и выгонять их из ресторана почти на выход - это не достойное и не человеческое отношение! И вообще, разговор на повышенных тонах с клиентами - в принципе не допустим!

Greate location and vibe if anyone is stating in the South of Guangzhou.
Pros:

The design and comfort of the hotel is great. As well as the breakfast buffet menu. And the staff was very attentive.

Cons:

The water boiling pot had a cool design but did not boil the water and just warmed it up.

Great hotel for those needing early departure from train station
Pros:

Great location. We chose to stay here as we had an early train departure the next morning. The hotel was a very easy 5 min walk to the train station. There was also local group of shops with restaurants for food close by. Rooms and facilities were very good.

aware that Google maps is not the right app in China, but hotel should inform guests at time of booking confirmation that someone has put the wrong location against the hotel name in Google maps.

Great location for train journey
A fantastic location overlooking the vast Guangzhou South Railway Station—you can even sit in bed and watch trains arriving and departing on the platforms below.
The modern interiors are stylish and playful, offering a refreshing contrast to many bland inner-city hotels. Service is efficient and polite, and breakfast is generous with plenty of choice. The easy walk across the road to the station makes onward travel around China incredibly convenient.

Ok if you need somewhere near Guangzhou South Station
Pros:

Needed to be close to Guangzhou South Station which is why we booked this hotel. Around 5-10mins walk but roads uneven if you have luggage. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.

Cons:

WiFi was terrible. Never had WiFi this poor in any hotel I have stayed in. Every morning staff checked if you had booked and paid for breakfast but could never find the room number on one of their many lists - need to have more robust system to check.
No where outside hotel to eat unless you take a taxi into more central Guangzhou.
