1st day checked in and discovered bathroom leaked. Then asked for a new room. When checked in 2nd room offered, when entering the room, it smelled terribly smoke cigarate. As it was already nearly 9pm, too much hazard to ask for a room change. We had to open the window and door to make the room smell better. It said no smoking room yet guests still can do whatever they want, too sad! From Malaysia

The ironing facilities are in a common area which makes it not very convenient as we need to go downstairs. Do consider having irons available upon request for guests to borrow and use in their own room.

The nightly complimentary supper is a great service but do consider including coffee and tea as part of the supper service. That would be well received if there is.

Renovantion is ongoing on the ground or first floor.

first room on level 2 is so noisey and got moved up, room gone abit quiet but even smaller with smaller window and airflow...

We booked city view room, and got a room with the view of the aircon condenser + close to the next building. they changed our rooms after i asked, but still wasn't the same room type and smaller than booked. service also rather inconsistent -- we were not given toiletries when we checked in, but were given toiletries (toothbrush/paste/slippers) for the 2nd room.

Rooms are quite small

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. I was very satisfied.

It’s not a huge minus, but most staff at the reception doesn’t know English, but they’re very nice and helpful and you can “talk” to them via Translate on phone.

Poor selection of European food for breakfast, room hasn’t been really cleaned - it seems that they just take out the trash and make the beds/change towels. I had a birthday during my stay and they didn’t provide any kind of treatment/present at all. Also the 1st room we were checked in was awful - no sunlight, window looks into some technical backyard from where it was very noisy all the time, window didn’t seem to fully lock and it was quite cold in the room all the time. Also the room itself was very small. We’ve asked to change the room but the new one was available only the next day. Staff is quite welcoming but NOBODY speaks English at all.
