Прекрасное расположение, удобный и комфортный номер.
Очень отзывчивый персонал. Помогли мужу с его WeChat, все сделали. Посоветовали в какие торговые центры лучше съездить, чтобы одеть подростка. Все было просто замечательно. Соотношение цена и качество просто на ура!!! Теперь я знаю, что в следующий раз мы обязательно остановимся в этой гостинице.

A great little hotel to base yourself in central Harbin
Pros:

Very clean comfortable room. Great location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Cafe/ bar area was a little lacking. There was a type of bar, but there was virtually nothing on sale there, which was odd. But central location meant that it was easy to walk out the door of the hotel and find plenty of food and drink options within a few minutes stroll.

Excelente ubicacion a metros de la iglesia Santa Sofía. La mejor zona. Cómodo, amplio.

Cons:

El personal muy pobre. Sin manejo de ingles. De madrugada cuando muchos turistas deben viajar los jóvenes del hotel estaban durmiendo en las sillas y sobre los escritorios. Muy mal aspecto para un hotel tan lindo. Pedimos que nos reserven un taxi para las 5 AM y no lo agendaron. Paupérrima atención.

Amazing, large hotel right in the city centre. The rooms were fantastic, the rooms were very fancy and spacious, and clean. Lots of robots delivering customers food

Pros:

Расположение отеля отличное. В самм центре, 180 метрах от Софийского собора. Новый, современный отель с новшествами электроники.

Cons:

На сайте booking.com дана неверная информация по названию отеля, что создало трудности при заказе такси. Переводчик переводит его как отель "Руцзя Синьцзе". А также, что в номере находится кофемашина, холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновка и тостер. На самом деле, всё перечисленное находилось на первом и подвальном помещениях отеля. Подача информации русским туристам. Мы только в последний день пребывания, узнали, что можем получать бесплатный кофе.
