Food expensive, wr should be given the option if we want breakfast or not
Cons:

No tv in bar area.
Why must I pay for breakfast when I don't eat breakfast.
The restaurant prices are the most expensive I have ever seen for a 3 star hotel- refused to pay those prices.

Helpful staff but awful food
Pros:

Limited choice. No plant based alternative for anyone who is lactose intolerant (provided soya milk but this was off and separated when added to coffee). No oats available for porridge.

Cons:

Food at dinner was terrible - four cuts of steak offered on menu but only one available. Fish arrived cold and made my wife ill. They offered to reheat it but this is a dangerously unhealthy practice.

Many positives with one negative .
Pros:

Great location if you’re transiting. Superb breakfast with excellent staff in dining room who were happy to cater for any requests.

Cons:

I had two showers, and it was impossible to shower without the whole floor flooding due to poorly designed shower screen.

Cons:

My room needed attention, I did mention the issues on check out. Security chain on the door was broken, plumbing in the shower needs attention, drain was filthy. I have photos but will not post them here.

Pros:

I was in for one night, the dinner was buffet and was good, I left before breakfast for a 6am flight.

Cons:

I booked a transfer for myself from Domestic (ie a pick up) and no one was waiting for me, I needed to pay for a taxi. I then stood in reception and arranged a pick up for Nathan Nel for the 21st and the they agreed he would be picked up and no one was there to pick him up and he had to walk. Here is hoping that when Clinton arrives at domestic at 19:30 TONIGHT his pick I organised in person is waiting for him
