Peaceful , beautiful , lakeside hotel
Pros:

The location of this hotel - incredible
The staff were amazing despite them managing many roles
The room and bathroom were immaculate
They communal areas were lovely, lots of places to sit , and some lovely little touches such as garden games, beach shoes for a lake paddle etc
The grounds at the front were stunning
The fire pits and seating area were perfect - I went with my best friend and we both agreed it was the best stay of Scottish Road Trip in terms of value and standards! We never ate there but the restaurant was busy. So peaceful and out of the way. I can see why this hotel won’t the most romantic hotel award !

Lieu exceptionnel à ne pas rater.
Pros:

Un lieu magique tant par sa beauté que par son calme.
Un confort réel du lit King site et des équipements fonctionnels. Un breakfast généreux

Cons:

Une certaine rénovation des lieux pourrait être opportune.
La qualité du dîner est très moyenne avec des frites mauvaises.

Relaxing stay off the beaten track
Pros:

There were so many comfortable and unique places to pass time, whether outside on the bench, in several sitting rooms, or in the pub area. Seating and atmosphere were lovely. Our bedroom was very large, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast menu offered a great selection in addition to the available fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries. At dinner on Sunday we stayed in and enjoyed a fantastic roast meal that we still talk about as one of the best meals we have had. After dinner, we had a bonfire by the lake to watch the sun set and enjoy the quiet of the lake. Special thanks to Stewart who made our stay the best!

Good if you want to switch off and just relax with a book in the premises

A bit too far from Oban (30 minutes driving), the lack of a frigobar in the room and a very poor internet experience
