All-inclusive rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at select restaurants during your stay, as well as an open bar for select alcoholic beverages from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (only for guests 18 and older). Package benefits expire at 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
Children ages 6 to 12 who are part of an all-inclusive reservation will be charged an additional MXN 1,500 per night per child.

La comida, la atención de los meseros, la habitación y limpieza estaban increíble.
La organización, el valet parking me dio a firmar un boleto de una una llave que no era la mía. Solo había un elevador para abastecer la zona de un lobby. Indicaciones poco claras, el personal te decía que no era necesario hacer reserva en los restaurantes y si tenías que hacer
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas
Las instalaciones y que puedes usar las del princess donde te dan mejor trato
El trato del personal había un gordito en la alberca mesero tan más payaso el barman de la noche igual . Llegamos el baño tenía fuga la regadera el teléfono no servía llegamos no había buffet de comida la cena se tenía que reservar y no había muchas opciones la verdad no me gustó el trato fue pésimo nos la pasamos en el princess mejor ya que dieron mejor trato

El servio de atención en las albercas, uno pedia un producto y se tardaron 1 hora por lo menos para traer las cosas, también en algunas ocaciones incluso ni nos atendieron, también era molesto que nos pideran a cada rato los datos de la habitación y nuestros nombres, considero que para eso son las pulceras. También me desagrado mucho que solo hubiera un solo restaurant abierto a la vez, eso genero que tuvieramos que formarnos para esperar por alimentos, eso es muy molesto porque uno tiene hambre y es injusto, se supone que uno va para relajarse no para encontrarse con complicaiones, y más la molestia cuando en el anuncio se publicitan más restaurantes. Mi familia y yo hemos estado en otro hoteles de la misma gama y todo incluido y no sufrimos estos inconvenientes.
La comida y la atención en las albercas dentro del hote y que puedes ir a los otros clubs de palya de la los otros hoteles de la cadenal
La atención de los meseros en el club de playa sacala, pasaron dos horas para que quisieran atendernos ahi cuando no habia tanta gente, eran 3 meseros y ninguno fue para irnos a atender hasta que ya nos íbamos se acercó uno a tomar la orden, solo Elver al otro dia fue quien nos atendió excelente en el scala
Las instalaciones son muy buenas, buenas piscinas, playa y la comida muy rica.
El hotel es muy bueno, cumple con las expectativas y la relacion calidad v precio esta muy bien. Solo recomendaria mejorar las activdades recreativas, ya que tanto en palacio como en princess se ven muchas personas de apoyo, pero actividades pocas o nulas, interaccion no niños muy poca, pagamos por la actividad de pintura en ceramica y nadie guio a mi hijo.

This was a great stay for a family due to the multiple swimming pools, attentive staff, children's club and activities. We enjoyed taking the shuttle to the Princess as it had more of a vacation atmosphere whereas the Palacio seemed more like a convention center hotel. Our hotel room was clean every day which is major for us.
While the staff was nice, the service was extremely slow. It took a minimum of 45 minutes to get drinks or food poolside. The upkeep of the property is very poor. The grounds need to be cleaned. Walking around it felt like there was a party the evening before due to trash or spilled drinks being everywhere. At most resorts, the pool chairs are cleaned daily. These were dirty with food/drinks, bird poop or damaged. The furniture throughout the property was very basic and did not feel like you were at a resort. The food was subpar and there was not much variety on the buffets. I felt like I was on a work trip not a vacation. We booked a Diamante view, but our view was not that. Unfortunately, we were already unpacked and with children it's not worth the hassle to move.
