Luxusní hotel,krásně vybavený,čistý,milý personál,transfer z letiště,možnost ponechat zavazadla na recepci po ukončení ubytování.

Cons:

Personál neuměl jinak než čínsky, takže veškerá domluva probíhala přes překladač.

Всё было хорошо, персонал очень дружелюбный.
Pros:

Большой комфортный номер, хорошее постельное бельё, номер довольно тихий при том, что он находится практически под глиссадой. Бесплатный трансфер из/до аэропорта. Завтрак за 48 юаней довольно разнообразный и вкусный, рекомендую.

Cons:

Общая проблема - практически полное незнание Английского языка персоналом. Общение через онлайн-переводчик. Главное! трансфер надо вызывать по телефону (только с китайской SIM карты) или с помощью WeChat (где отель должен быть у вас в контакте), то есть дозвониться до отеля то можно, но вот как объясниться?

PESSIMO! SE SIETE EUROPEI NON ANDATE. Nonostante sia un hotel INTERNAZIONALE non c’è ASSOLUTAMENTE NESSUNO in reception in grado di parlare inglese. Reception tra le altre cose completamente disorganizzata con mille persone che ti servono contemporaneamente. Servizio navetta valido solo da aeroporto in hotel, per tornare in aeroporto abbiamo dovuto pagare un taxi di tasca nostra con degli euro rimediati per cui non ci è stato restituito alcun resto. Ho scritto su wechat come da loro richiesto e non ha risposto nessuno se non dopo una telefonata chiesta a una guardia dell’aeroporto. Anche in chat mi veniva risposto solamente in cinese nonostante abbia richiesto esplicitamente di parlare inglese. Non consiglio a nessuno di soggiornare in questo hotel.
