Great hotel but zero hospitality
Pros:

Have stayed here numerous times. The location is nice on the boardwalk. Ocean is super close walk. Adam's restaurant is excellent. We eat at adams even when we dont stay here. The rooms are grest sizes and they are updating. They are very nice. Indoor pool and hottub is fun. Hotel has so much going for it.

Cons:

Waterpark staff. Same two old ladies, one other lady that's been there for a long time. All three are unprofessional and have zero hospitality. We love the slides. However it was less stressful when they were closed and we could just enjoy the pool and hot tub. The staff really ruins the experience. Other guests agreed with us. There was no issue. They are just not freindly and welcoming. Its like your annoying them by just being there, in there work domain. I feel the hospitality thing is what brings this hotel down in general. Keeps it from being a top rated hotel. Its kinda sad. It has all the wonderful ingredients of a fantastic hotel. Aside from the restaurant and bar. The hotel and waterpark has zero hospitality. We even had maids jump the elevator in front us and made us wait so they could go first. Like appalling. They need to get rid of old employees. Waterpark staff, maids, front desk. Brings the place down. Hire some fresh smiling faces with a hospitlity background.

Location, Location!!!
Pros:

The location is this places only good quality. Without that, we would NEVER stay there. Great location, on the Boardwalk. Nice outdoor pool on level 3.

Cons:

Elevator often doesn't work. Only 2 elevators. Each floor is half on 1 level and then you have to go up or down 5 steps to get to the other level on same floor. No ice maker. No ice bucket. Ice machines only on floor 2 and 4. Kitchen extremely poorly equipped. Bring your own stuff if you plan on doing any cooking!!! Toilet paper you can see through. Bring your own! Beds noisy. Receptionist rude. Person who paid for the room MUST be the person who checks in...not spouse! Other than that ...pretty nice place!

The location couldn't Be beat. The kichette was perfect for breakfast

Cons:

The cleanliness of our room left something to be desired- there was mold by the ac unit. The building was often dimly lit in stairwells and the hallway. The "primary" singular elevator took forever and made us nervous it would breakdown.
The room description from booking.com did not match the room we received. The staff eve showed us the discrepancy as this website and the hotel website call the different things
One parking space for a room with potentially six people is ridiculous, no exceptions

We had a nice time
Pros:

We had a front row seat for the air show from our balcony and the location is excellent! Beds were comfortable and we had a nice stay, will be back.

Cons:

The elevator near our room was out of service when we arrived but was fixed by the next morning. Elevators were slow!!

It’s a very nice location in Wildwood, but only worth it if you cash get a very good price

It’s in a beautiful location looking over the ocean

Cons:

They’ve really let it go down hill over the years. While they’ve made a lot of cosmetic updates, things like noisy beds on broken platforms, very noisy air conditioners, broken elevators, loose faucets, etc have been over looked.

Never again.
Pros:

The location was perfect, right off the boardwalk. It was a quick walk to the beach.

Cons:

The floor was uneven. The refrigerator had rusted grates. The stove was missing a knob. The light in the kitchenette didn't work. The elevator in the hotel was very slow.

Pros:

I loved that the broadwalk and beach was literally right out the lobby door. The room we had om the first floor was great. Staff was friendly and Adam's restaurant was pretty good throughout the day. I even stayed an extra day My family and I loved it will be coming back next year to stay at this same hotel.

Cons:

I think the only thing we didnt like was the elevators were super slow but other then that the stay was great
