The beach was great hotel location was great but hotel needs some guidance on the cleaning overall we had a nice time
Pros:

It’s right on the boardwalk

Cons:

The restaurant downstairs was closed, coffee maker and tv in bedroom didn’t work, staff never came and tidied up the room they left towels n took trash. We have stayed here the past 15 yrs this was the first time we encountered these problems

All front desk staff friendly efficient and accommodating. We had a sick 1 yr old. Was able to check out by 11am. We enjoyed the use of facility after a day at the beach! Perfect location easy access for children moms with strollers and elderly. Rinse off station at the edge of beach. Easy parking. We stayed till 6 pm and had plenty of parking on street.

Adam's restaurant wow..the server was great. Handsome fellow Daniel I think? Top notch server. The food exceptional and location has tram car stop rught outside the restaurant. We had 7 and a baby...50 min we were fed and happy. We had breakfast and viral Ice cream at the shops under 1900 boardwalk condos. 3 brothers has vegan pizza and the owner was famous pizza spinner on the boardwalk for those in their 50s remember ! Omg best cheesecake!

What a great trip highly recommend.

The pool was cute..place was clean.

Cons:

Safety..need padding on the baby pool area my grandson hit his head not bad I cushioned...but need cushions..update that a lil bit. Cash only bar at pool was a bummer in the age of Apple pay or venmo

Great location overall for the beach and boardwalk, but the property alone, even though it had updates, the property was

Not clean, the pool was never cleaned and sanitized every day the air in our room went and it took over an hour for the people to come up and fix it. Safety in the pool area was horrible and people staff were not that very friendly. also, there was holes in the wall, where the TV once was on the wall.

The view was great. Location was good.

Cons:

The thermostat was broken. The room was freezing. If you tried to turn it down it made a horrific noise.

This was our second time to stay and we look forward to staying at Montego Bay every year.
Pros:

That hotel is very close to the beach. The view from our room and the full size kitchen.
