Absolutna rewelacja, jakość i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie!

Wspaniala obsluga, bardzo pomocna I sympatyczna,
Ostatniego dnia miałem wcześniej samolot i sami zaproponowali, ze specjalnie dla mnie o 45 minut wcześniej niz według planu rozpoczną śniadanie. Nigdy wcześniej nigdzie nie spotkałem sie z takimbwysokom poziomem obslugi. Pokoje czyste, nowe, bardzo wygodne łóżka, przepyszne śniadanie!

Cons:

Pierwszy raz moge napisać, ze wszystko było dobrze i nie mam uwag.

Долго выбирали отель. Смотрели отзывы, в том числе и негативные. Решили выбрать данный отель и выбор оправдался. Нам понравилось все: завтраки, месторасположение (недалеко с основными достопримечательностями), отношение к клиенту, чистота и порядок в номере. На завтрак большой выбор еды, все очень вкусно!
Отель расположен в радиусе 2 км от основных достопримечательностей, поэтому добраться можно очень быстро и недорого. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить Нурали и администраторов за оперативное решение вопросов.
Если будете посещать Ташкент, то выбирайте данный отель, не пожалеете!

Мне не очень понравился номер, но окна были в тихий двор, что для меня важно.
Кровать удобная!
В ресторане по вечерам бесплатный чай.
Немного далековато до метро, но на транспорте - ОК.
В целом приятно

Nice experience.
Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay, thanks to the personnel there. Especially Nurali and Bahrom. They are really good and always interested if they can do something extra to make your stay better. I came there early in the morning and was offered a free breakfast and early check-in free of charge.

Taşkent’te konakladığım bu otelden gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Daha giriş yaptığım andan itibaren güler yüzlü ve ilgili personel sayesinde kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Odalar oldukça temiz, konforlu ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Kahvaltısı hem lezzetli hem de çeşitliydi, her damak zevkine hitap edecek seçenekler vardı.

Konumu da şehri keşfetmek için oldukça avantajlıydı. Yoğun bir günün ardından huzurlu atmosferi sayesinde rahatça dinlenebildim. Kaliteli hizmeti ve misafirperverliğiyle beklentilerimin üzerine çıkan bu oteli Taşkent’e yolu düşen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tekrar geldiğimde ilk tercih edeceğim yer kesinlikle burası olacak.

Triple Room perfect for our group
Pros:

Nice Central Asian breakfast. Mr Nur Ali was always responsive and available, very attentive to client reviews. Good price, perfect room for three adventurers.

Cons:

Location, far from metro not walkable to much of anything but taxis are cheap. Air con doesn't reach bathroom, so steamy but no prob for those used to post-Soviet amenities and hey, plenty of hot water.
